Horrible customer service. This was our sixth time staying at the hotel within 2 years and it was my birthday. The hotel did not provide any gift upon my arrival. We had asked for a late checkout at 1pm instead of 11am three times before arrival but they did not respond. There was a big thunderstorm the day before our arrival and our flight was delayed. I had asked for a refund but they waited unusually long, almost a day, to get back to me with a No. On the checkout day, they called our room 3 times to strongly remind us to checkout. This is the experience that we received after paying €450 per night.
One of their receptionists was also extremely rude to me on the phone and when I went for breakfast, he didn’t greet good morning like how he did with other guests.
The room was nice but basic. They don’t have hair shampoo and conditioner (only combined hair and body gel). The private beach was nice but Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel was very weak.
Well sadly not be coming back.
