私と私の彼氏は5日間ここに滞在し、毎分愛していました!それは素晴らしかった!人々は素敵で、公共交通機関やタクシーの注文などの助けが必要なものはすべて彼らが喜んで助けてくれたものです。朝食にはさまざまなオプションがあり、美味しかったですので、間違いなく価値のある朝食が含まれています。ホテルの場所はピサの中心部ではなく、まだそれを持つのに最適な場所であり、バス停はホテルのすぐ外にあるので、バスシステムを見つけたらとても役に立ちました。全体的に素晴らしいホテルと素晴らしいカスタマーサービス。

ロカンダ サンタガタに 1 週間滞在できてうれしいです。この素晴らしい場所は言うことができません。雰囲気は平和で、場所は完璧な場所で、ピサ、ルッカ、ヴェルシリアに近くにあります。家族が所有していて、この気持ちが大好きでした。私たちは彼らの努力を本当に楽しんで、私たちの経験を楽しむことを確認しました。部屋は広としていて、とてもきれいに掃除されていて、素敵でシンプルですが美しい装飾が施され、完璧に復元され、モダンなタッチが施されています。レストランは町で最高の宝石の場所であり、シェフニコラの情熱だけでなく、現代的な視点で伝統を表す料理を作るための継続的な研究も信じられないほどです。見事な !素晴らしい経験 !ありがとうございました...アンナ、ニコラ、エリザ、シルビア、私たちの滞在を思い出深いものにしてください!良い人と楽しい時間を過ごすために、この美しい場所に立ち寄らないでください。強くお勧めします!!

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

Had a lovely week at the Grand Hotel Royal. It's a gem of a hotel which provided our base for a weeks stay. This was our second stay in Viareggio having previously stayed at the Grand Hotel Principe Di Piemonte which is a 5 star hotel close by. The Grand Hotel Royal was pretty much a match and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness and help of all the staff who went out of there help to provide excellent service. I had the need to attend a local hospital and the concierge staff were quick to advise and arrange for transportation to the hospital. We had a couple of days staying local, enjoying the hotel pool and table tennis and a few days taking day (train) trips to Florence, Sienna and Cinque Terre which was a fantastic day out and worth the 18 Euros day card available from the station at La Spezia which enables you travel between all of the 5 beautiful villages on the line. We did all of the villages in about 6 hours using the trains. All in all a fantastic holiday in a quality hotel with super helpful staff all within the beautiful towns and villages of Tuscany. What more could you ask for?

Ho pernottato solo una notte con smartbox. L'appartamento era pulito e tutto sembrava piuttosto nuovo. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile, e oltre a fornirci una piantina della città di Pisa, ci ha anche proposto dei ristoranti in cui poter cenare e un luogo dove poter fare colazione la mattina successiva. 4つ星ですが、国内の高速ホテルに似ています。街から少し離れて、徒歩20分。周辺は建設中であり、環境も悪い。 1階に配置され、窓の外にゴミかごがあります。部屋は狭く、朝食はOK、野菜はありません。

スイート、リビングルーム、部屋は広く、合計2台の大きなベッドがあり、とても快適に眠れます。施設は少し古いですが、衛生状態はとても良いです。街から少し離れたところに、徒歩15分圏内に大型スーパーがあります。
