"Staff was mostly nice and accommodating. Only issue we had was the transportation to the airport. This hotel doesn’t allow taxis, they have their own transportation service but they charge 3x the average rate. They told us we had to walk to a store five minutes away to catch an outside taxi. We had 4 pieces of luggage with us and it’s so hot here. We felt trapped because we had to get to the airport on time. Please make sure you get a taxi number before you book here or be prepare to pay their overpriced rates."

"We stayed in unit 7 for one month( we hope he put numbers on doors) . We found Jorge the property manager very responsive and helpful whenever we had a issue . He was available anytime as he lives in building . He was open to constructive criticism and said he would improve in the areas such as hiring a supervisor to oversee his maids as I informed him they are not cleaning as well as they should be ! We loved our unit and have rebooked for next year and hoping to see a few improvements! Yes there is a woodworking shop in basement and he said it’s temporary as they are building cabinets for condos. Yes there is a rooster on one side of building which he has no control but many places have roosters running loose as this is quite common . The location is excellent ! Walking distance to beaches ,restaurants and 3 min walk to Chedraui the major grocery store."

"We tried the roof top restaurant tonight. We are not staying in the hotel. It’s the best view in the area. Four stories up and looking out over Playa LaBocana. The foot was great. We had pizza. Maragaritas were great. Not too sweet. Service was impeccable. They need a few fans up on the rooftop restaurant as it can get hot. An ocean breeze would have done the trick. Menu had quite a few choices. We will be back."

"Where to start. We get here and they leave us for over a 1/2 hour waiting for someone to get to reception. No one gets to reception until I grab my bag and start walking up there. Then. They all come running. Get to the room and the blinds are filthy, there is water all over the floor where the washing machine is located. Could not get the fans outside to work. Booked a 2 bedroom ocean view room 9 months ago and we are staring at a rock wall. Takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get a cart to take us anywhere. Go to the restaurant and they don’t have 4 things we ordered. One being orange juice. Really??? A day later and still no one has come to fix the tv or the fans. This place is a joke. It is beautiful but a joke. I am ready to take the loss and go to a different resort."

"Large supermarket within walking distance, very good location with arrival at the beach in about 10 minutes. You can spend time without calling a taxi. What was the only point was that Wi-Fi was very bad. Other than that, the pool was clean and the design was very cute and I was able to spend a lot of time"

"My wife and I have stayed here before and have always been very happy with the hotel. The beach, bars, and restaurants are delightful and the service excellent. You may have to wait in line for breakfast if you go at peak times, so it's best to go either before or after the busy period. Some of the furniture is looking a bit dated now, and one of our sliding wardrobe mirrors was badly tarnished, but this is a minor point. Overall, the common areas are well maintained and there are plenty of staff to help with whatever you need. We will certainly be back."
