I loved our stay at this hotel, we only stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast had a great choice for all. The staff were friendly and helpful, free tea coffee and water anytime of day. The pool was closed due to having alterations which was a shame but it wasn't far to the beach. I wished i would have asked for an extra pillow.

Staff so helpful & friendly, nothing too much trouble. Asked for kettle in our rooms - quickly provided. A water machine in the foyer 24/7 also tea/coffee even decaf. Building clean & tidy, beautiful, compact pool seating area. Light and airy breakfast restaurant serving a comprehensive continental breakfast, juices, teas,coffees and bacon, sausage,eggs etc...also breads, cakes, ham and cheeses. Fantastic value for money. Rooms were clean and spacious with cute little balcony area, ours faced the evening sun. If any negative re rooms, there were no drawers, just two shelves which was fine for a weekend but would drive me mad if I was there 1-2 weeks. Also no hairdryer but I'm sure one would be found if you asked. We didn't notice a lift but staff offered to take our hand luggage up to room. Owner was so nice, telling us the history of the hotel and offered to put our luggage safely away whilst we waited for return pick up, even gave us clean towels to use to freshen up. I'd definitely return with my husband for a week. Good location too, just a short walk from the centre meant no noise from bars. Great bus service a short walk away, to Palma. Fantastic break.

Best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. First class customer service over the 3 evenings we stayed. Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast and tastefully decorated. If I ever return to Santa Ponsa I'll be back at 4U Miranda....Martin

It is our second time staying at this hotel and it is great! Make sure to let them know your arrival time! They offer an amazing breakfast for the price of the rooms and the service is just fantastic! Lovely and clean too

Stayed here for a week long holiday and absolutely loved the hotel. It has a really homey feel, the staff are so friendly, the breakfast is perfect with plenty of choice but not too overwhelming - and some variation throughout the days. It was lovely to have access to free coffee and drinking water 24/7. The pool is really nice, I was worried about there being limited sunbeds but we never had a problem getting two beds at any time of day. We also used the hotel beach towels, 10€ deposit per towel but you get this back when you return them, and can swap for fresh ones throughout the week. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to the beach / bars and restaurants (we also felt that the bars and restaurants and general atmosphere on this side of Santa Ponsa were much nicer than the other side so we were glad we were staying in this area) and bus stops. We used the bus a lot to get to and from the airport as well as day trips to Palma and port andtrax so the hotel was an ideal location for accessing this. We would without a doubt return to this hotel if we came back to Santa Ponsa!

This is the first time in the area for some 20 yesrs and this Hotel was absolutely fantastic, from Jacoquin (Jake) to us , all staff from front of house to cleaners ,the beds were comfortable, air con superb, breakfast lovely, and a really nice touch chilled water and coffee and biscuits available 24hrs , within walking distance of beach and restaurants. This Hotel is a little gem and we will be back

The 4 U Miranda hotel has been recently refurbished and I loved the white/ green bedroom decor..calming Beds comfortable, BBC1 on tv Fresh linen and towels in abundance Good breakfast see photo Friendly and helpful staff -1. It's about 4 mn walk from Plaza and beach Turn left/right leaving hotel Cons: Just one. Very disagreeable older lady who passed rude remarks in Spanish and muttered continually when I was passing her This was particularly unpleasant traveling solo. I didn't like k owing she had access to my room I have still recommended the hotel as its a great place to stay. I hope she get's help with her issues

The friendly staff looked after me. A very neat, clean and relaxed place to stay. I eat a healthy breakfast every morning. Loved the quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings for breakfast. All necessary information was provided.
