Not too bad. There were plenty of amenities t it was dirty. The weather was great.

Great staff grear rooms.

Furniture in dis-repair. Phone did not work. Bathroom door does not latch. Tv closed captions did not work. Stove knobs lying on counter. Only one bath cloth, however there was a sufficient number of towels. Wall mounted thermostat is barely hanging onto the wall. Unit mounted thermostat cover broken.

When we went to the hotel there was no room available. You booked a room and they didn’t have one. How can you do that? I had trouble getting through to talking with someone at *******. It took me over an hour to get this cleared up. I will never ever use ******* again.

I was demanding my deposit and the morning worker treated me very badly.

I didn’t like anything about this place carpet filthy I found long black hairs in the shower a lot of them AC doesn’t get cold it has a bad odor like dogs and the sheets were stain

It was a very nice motel i had a queen size bed a kitchen and a full size bathroom. It was very quiet and a pleasure to stay there

My room was so dirty that my feet were black from walking in the room barefoot. The laundry facility was broken and they were “out of” oatmeal the entire week I stayed there, which is one of the only options there are for breakfast.

I booked a stay here through ******* 3 days in advance and had the room paid for. Upon arriving and trying to check in, the guy helping said that he could't find my reservation. I explained to him i had one and the room has been paid for. Basically he said there was nothing he can do i need to call *******. I was a mother alone traveling with my two young children out of town. It took over 2 hours to find somewhere else to stay. ******* called them because i did have a reservation showing in their system. They told me my room was given to someone else and that they were completely booked and could not accommodate me. I was extremely upset and my children were so tired and wanted somewhere to sleep. Will never attempt to stay here again.
