いつものようにすべてが素晴らしい。仕事でサンティアゴに旅行するときにこのホテルに泊まって以来、一度も問題を感じたことはありません。

Great spacious rooms, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great room with a gorgeous view of the park. The cathedral was a 30min walk, would definately recomend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay.

My room was by the lift shaft so it was a noisy night/morning

Prosperity was very noisy because of poor design and consteuction

When I booked this room the ********** description listed ‘2 Queen beds’. Ultimately 4 family members travelled together here and we could easily have slept in the room. At the front desk I asked that my 2 additional family members be added to the reservation but the clerk refused. I had to purchase a second room to gain access for my family (4 total). When I arrived in our 2 rooms I realized why I had to purchase this second room. There were no queen beds at all; only 2 twin beds measuring 39-40 inches wide vs a 60 inch Queen bed advertised. Very disappointed that I had to spend alot of extra money due to this false advertising. Also the room service was poor; my sheets had a food stain after the first night so rather than providing clean sheets the maid simply made up the bed neglecting to change out the soiled sheets. Also it’s an ordeal to get ice; there are no ice machines in this hotel so you have to ask the front desk to acquire a bucket of ice from the kitchen. All in all I will not be staying at this property again.

Firstly can I just say the Receptionists, Susi, Andrea and Juan were so friendly and helpful. They are a complete asset to this hotel as there is no bar or lounge area, so their attentiveness is a must. The hotel itself is in a shopping centre on the outskirts of Santiago. The walk to the Cathedral and centre is probably about 30 minutes and a lot of that is uphill. If you don't think you can manage the walk, there are regular buses outside hotel and also a taxi rank. The room we were allocated was a suite ( thank you for upgrade). It was very large and had a sofa area and there was a jacuzzi bath too. The shower head which was in the bath pointed towards the opposite end of the bath so bracket could do with being changed but that said, the water was always hot. The heating in the room was on a hotel timer and the radiators only came on at about 7.45pm, so the room was cold if you were showering before then. Maybe the management can look into changing this in winter/ spring months to an earlier time? The housekeeping was great with fresh towels and cleaning daily.The breakfast was Continental style with a good selection. My only problem was that the lady who worked on service etc had a very unfriendly manner about her. I arrived at 10.25 am on Monday morning for a cup of tea and just to have a Danish.(Breakfast served until 10.30 am)She rudely informed me that they were closed and when I asked could I take a cup of tea to my room( in my own mug) she told me it would cost me €2!! Considering there are no hospitality trays in the rooms I found that to be ridiculous. She was the only member of staff that let this hotel down. Otherwise it's a very affordable, clean hotel to stay in when in Santiago de Campostela.

Quiet area but just a few blocks walk to start of old town and in a building with a huge market and other stores.
