Horrible customer service from Stefano. Not sure if he owns it, but I messaged him about a problem with our room and his response was rude and sarcastic.
They advertise rooms with sea views but not all of them are. This was the problem with ours. Our view was of the next hotel room. Stefano’s response was there is a sea view to the left and to the right, but you had to walk out of your room and around your building to see that view. (I’ve attached a photo). I asked kindly if we could be moved to another room with a view and we didn’t get a response for nearly 2 days (which was the duration of our stay).
When I queried Stefano about why the room was advertised as a sea view when it didn’t have one, he said “It is like telling you that the truffle on my cake on the picture was red and you add brown” and I provided photos of what was advertised (which was a sea view) and we did not get that, he said “I am happy that you have so much free time on your hands”. No apology for the disappointment or the fact we had dirty cups in our room.
The actual hotel is beautiful and Joanna on the desk was lovely and very accommodating. View by the pool is very nice. That’s the only reason that I’ve given the 2 stars. Stefano’s customer service has completely ruined my experience and I would not stay there again.
