We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon, and I can say it was a highlight so far! From even getting a transfer from the port to the hotel the host Katerina helped us by organising a transfer which avoided dealing with taxis at the port! The moment we stepped in we felt welcomed. Katerina gave us all the suggestions as to what to do on the island and was really helpful and always smiling 😃. The room we chose was executive suite. It was very clean with a stocked mini fridge, aircon in the room was nice, of course the beautifull pool with jacuzzi was brilliant to enjoy the evening views of the island. The premises also contain a relaxing pool area for the guests with comfy bean bags to relax in or out of the sun by the pool. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby with traditional Greek food. The breakfast was just brilliant in the morning with the hosts putting in the effort with presentation and even bringing it to the room. Decently keeps you going for island exploration! Overall highly reccomend the place, no negative sides to it!

The hotel is out of the noise and mass people of Fira We really like the style of the hotel, the swimming pool and pool area. Breakfast was really nice. Markella is so sweet attentive and welcoming ! We will stay again if we come again in Santorini and recommend.

La dame qui fait les petits déjeuner et qui je pense gère l’hôtel Est fabuleuse, gentille, attentionnée et retiens vos habitudes. L hôtel est beau, propre. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci beaucoup En familles ou en couple vraiment c est un super rapport qualité prix.

Nous sommes venus passer une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! L'emplacement est idéal et l'accueil par Markella est incroyable ! Elle est une hôte très chaleureuse et qui a su répondre à toutes nos attentes car elle s'est pliée en 4 pour rendre notre petit séjour des plus agréables ! C'est un petit hôtel très confortable et design et tout y est très fonctionnel. La piscine est entourée de fauteuils et chaises longues très confortables dans un cadre fleuri avec une belle vue. On accédait à notre chambre située au 1er étage par un escalier extérieur et nous y étions bien installés : Déco au top à l'intérieur avec un grand lit tout confort (ni trop mou ni trop dur) et une salle de bain des plus design ! Le petit-déjeuner est servi entre 8h et 10h et nous pouvons être servi où nous le souhaitons. Nous l'avons donc dégusté devant notre chambre, sur le petit balcon. C'est un petit-déjeuner très copieux, avec un sélection très variée de spécialités grecques. Nous l'avons bien apprécié. Le soir, nous avons pu dîner dans une merveilleuse taverne grecque, sur les conseils de Markella : La Katharina's tavern, à 350 m de l'hôtel, et donc nous avons pu y aller à pied (environ 5 mn de marche), taverne très sympathique avec un accueil top et une cuisine succulente, les prix restant très raisonnables. Alors, n'hésitez pas une seconde, réservez dans cet hôtel, vous ne serez vraiment pas déçus !!!! D'ailleurs, nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

We are currently staying here and I can honestly say this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed! Let’s break it down for you all: Location: is right where you need to be slightly out of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in the middle of Thira if you want to be (about a 5-10min walk) it’s enough out of the area to be full of tranquility! Food: you get breakfast everyday included with your stay and you can choose to either have it communal poolside or up in your room (free of charge for room service!). The breakfast is delicious and made with fresh produce! There’s also a mini bar in your room and a coffee machine! Facilities: This is the main reason for this review! The facilities are out of this world here we paid extra for the superior suit which comes with your own personal hot tub pool on your balcony which is the most amazing facility ever. You also get a massive room with a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom with a massive walk in rainfall shower they also provide luxury shower gels, robes, slippers and fluffy white towels, tooth brushes and toothpaste. Staff: The receptionist Markella is an absolute star of the show she’s attentive and full of recommendations and knowledge about the area. Nothing is to much to ask and we felt so welcome and cared for! We thank you so much Markella for everything you did to make our stay so amazing! Honestly if your planning a trip to Santorini book here you will not be disappointed!

Não hesitem em ir para este hotel! Imperdível em Santorini! Tudo perfeito: desde a simpatia de Efthimis, à limpeza 5*, ao pequeno almoço super completo (passámos 3 dias e foi sempre diferente; fomos surpreendidos com diferentes salgados e diferentes doces todos os dias e eram ótimos), à excelente localização (fica muito central na ilha) e sem esquecer o quarto lindo e toda a decoração do hotel cheia de pormenores que fazem a diferença. Parabéns pelo excelente serviço a todos os níveis! 👏

Hotel pequeño y familiar,pero muy cómodo para recomendar a futuros viajeros,el trato espectacular por parte de la chica al frente del hotel maravillosa en todo y siempre atenta a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar por parte de ella, tranquilo y muy cercano al centro para dar un paseo y disfrutar del entorno,eso sí hay que tener alquilado coche antes para poder desplazarte,una piscina pequeña pero para un chapuzón bien vale, los desayunos espectaculares y más hay verlos para creer una maravilla y sobre todo la disposición de la persona al frente,amable y siempre atenta a cualquier detalle,lo del champagne del último día una sorpresa genial GRACIAS por todo un saludo y hasta siempre

Emerald Suites is a new, contemporary boutique hotel in Karterados. Visitors can walk to Fira within 25 minutes, though there are many mini markets and eateries mere meters from the hotel. The hotel features the classic Cycladean style, inclusive of bright white paint, wood accents—very modern. The rooms are fairly large and feature a large, comfortable bed and a really cool on-top-of-the-counter sink. Rooms feature A/C, which is an absolute must to get relief from the Santorini sun. The common areas feature a beautifully maintained pool and lounge chairs. The pool is accessible at guests’ convenience. Breakfast is served in the pool area. Breakfasts feature fresh ingredients and contains a mix of items. It’s really a very lovely presentation and the spread is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable, always at the ready to offer suggestions for restaurants, sights, etc. Maria is the consummate professional. She was so attentive—handling reception, checkout, recommendations, and serving breakfasts. She was so kind and even offered to customize breakfast options. Emerald Suites is close to the action in Fira, without being immediately in the throes of the tourist zone. Highly recommended for your Santorini vacation.
