The view is amazing and the breakfast brought to our room was good but those were the best parts of staying at this hotel. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi. I’m not sure if they were doing regular maintenance or not but the jacuzzi didn’t work. The staff started investigating and figured out they had to get a new part and all the jacuzzis in the hotel didn’t work. Therefore we weren’t able to use it the entire time we were there and couldn’t switch to a suite with a jacuzzi that work. The staff didn’t seem overly concerned about it and we were not offered a refund. In addition, the overview showerhead in our suite didn’t really work and the bed was extremely hard. Unfortunately this was the end of our trip so it was a little disappointing to end on this note in Santorini. I wish I would have paid more booked another location for a better experience.

We stayed in a Superior room and it was very nice with a private pool. The staff was like family and very helpful. Betty and I wanted to recognize Christina and Giannis. This is at the highest point of the Caldera and the view is amazing. This is a bucket list trip.

If you're wondering where to book for your trip to Santorini look no further than the White Santorini hotel! We stayed in September 2023 (little late to write a review!) and it was the most incredible & perfect trip thanks to the wonderful staff and a special mention to the lovely Sofie who made our trip unforgettable! We stayed in the white annex suite and it was so beautiful & perfect, the views were out of this world! Sofie was amazing at helping us organise everything we needed from dinner reservations to the Catamaran cruise, horse riding & the couples spa which she reserved for us to have private facials & massages - definitely recommend!! She also helped organise all the transfers we needed and most importantly she helped my other half organise the most beautiful proposal during a private Candlelit dinner on their roof terrace and helped him get a photographer to capture the special moment. He afterwards told me how Sofie spent time going through all the weather forecasts hour by hour with him to make sure we had the right time & weather for sunset. Any request was never too much effort & she was so friendly which helped make the trip unforgettable. The location is a beautiful little town away from the really busy popular areas but there are local buses you can easily use to get to places like Fira & Oia but if you're looking for a more private, relaxing break we would definitely recommend the location! Santorini isn't a very private area as they are all built up on the cliffs so privacy is limited but we never felt overlooked or uncomfortable staying at the White annex. Thank you so much for making this trip more than we could have ever imagined, we will never forget it and hope to come back in the future! The White Santorini hotel will always have a special place in our heart!

Perfect position enhanced by wonderful staff who made our stay so memorable. Particular mention for Thomas our ever smiling waiter and barman. Sofia and Thanos in reception were also very accommodating and full of suggestions and information. We had a junior suite leading out to two plunge pools and uninterrupted views of the caldera, the island of Thirasia and the village of Oia at the tip of the island. Having these views whilst enjoying the generous breakfast each morning was a delight. The costal path is directly accessible from the property. This allows a short walk to Thira old port or for the adventurous, a hike to Oia. We will definitely be coming back to Santorini and this property in the future and will be recommending it to our friends.

Spender stay, breakfast included couldn’t have been better. Not you standard breakfast you see most places. Great view and very clean and great customer service.

After hours of research for accommodation in Santorini, I decided to stay at White Santorini because it was: - In Imerovigli, not Fira or Oia - had a rain-shower head! I don't like hand held shower heads! - free shuttle from port - Santorini port is CRAZY busy and getting a bus can be difficult and a taxi can cost up to 100euro. Now having stayed there for three nights, I can say that it was a fantastic choice for the above reasons but also for: - Lovely staff! - Very Comfortable beds (but doona can get quite hot) - Great shower - Our room in the 'annex' (100m down from reception) was superb - huge! It was also below a great restaurant 'White Lounge' - Very Quiet - Lovely breakfast delivered to your room each day: coffee/OJ/eggs/croissants/cheeses/museli/fruit etc - Amazing view - - Lovely relaxing sun lounges with a view (but slightly obscured by some greenery) Highly recommended

Could not recommend the hotel enough. The staff have been so attentive, looking after us from start to finish. The accommodation was lovely and we had uninterrupted views of the sunsets away from the crowds of Oia. There are also lots of really nice restaurants within walking distance to suit all budgets. Whilst staying, we have done a boat tour of the island and also walked to Oia and back. We recommend doing both if you can, to see the island from different view points.

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in my life, they should remove the 5 star title that they believe they have.... because the truth is they don't have anything 5 stars. You only supposedly pay for a view, as the gentleman at the reception made it very clear to me. They should teach him a little about customer service because this person does not have even a little bit of education and customer service how to treat people you can get the same view anywhere in the cliff without having to waste your money with these scammers. The room is very small and is next to the bathroom, bathroom that has an unpleasant smell all day long, the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all for a 5 starts Hotel. I booked a room with a private pool which does not exist because the pool is inflatable hahahaha it is an insult to the client that a 5 Starts Hotel that charges an average of €500 per night is ridiculous that they offer this type of services the room has no privacy at all because you share the same patio with the room next door and with the restaurant that is next to the room where people walk all day in front of your face, even the people who stayed next to my room suffered from the same problems that I had were very upset by the facilities and their high cost without having value of what they offer so do yourself a favor don't waste your money staying in White Santorini take your time and you will find something much better for the same money or less you will thank me later.

The setting was absolutely breathtaking!!! The room was so big and comfortable. It was so quiet at night which made sleeping wonderful. The staff was so attentive. We had a private jacuzzi and a small pool for us and several other rooms to use. We were told that the sunset was better at White Lounge restaurant just up the road but I believe an unobstructed view right at our hotel was better than any other place on the island.

Sofia & her team were amazing! The attention to detail & hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thomas our waiter was extremely friendly and attended to all our needs each morning for breakfast. The rooms were beautiful, modern & very clean over looking the Caldera. Highly recommend as the spot to be. The White Restaurant/Lounge team was amazing, super friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for dinner with a beautiful view of the sunset over Santorini.

We booked White Santorini as a Grand Finale after four weeks of island hopping. We splurged for what we thought would be an amazing resort based on the portrayal through pictures and advertising. The location and view are lovely but no better than many other properties in the area. The facilities at the property are basically zero! First impressions from Reception area said it all, certainly not what you would expect for something portraying itself as a Luxury Resort. Upon checking in, we were presented with tours to book at exorbitant rates, transport services to get from A to B and were also advised we would need reservations for restaurants due to high demand or we were unlikely to get a table, all of which could be arranged through the hotel. The White Lounge recommended for our first evening was as cold and impersonal as the hotel. As seasoned travellers we did not appreciate this “fear style” of pressure. The pool on the lower level is basically a plunge pool. No larger than 3 strides, it felt as if we were intruding on other guests by being there. We were told the loungers were only for the guests staying on this level, which was fine, but perhaps a bench or something for guests in others suites to leave their belongings while cooling down would create a more welcoming atmosphere. We stayed at incredible resorts in Corfu, Paxos and Mykonos, all with incredible views, excellent facilities, beautiful clean rooms and wonderful personable staff & warm Greek hospitality. Each of the other resorts were less than one third of the cost of White Santorini and my advice would be to do your due diligence before booking this hotel. It is mediocre at least, certainly nothing more than a two star property charging prices of a 5+ property because of a view that can be had from many other places with far better facilities. Thomas, who served breakfast each morning was a joy and the room service ladies did a decent job. Overall, it is over rated, overpriced and certainly not to be recommended. Please look at other facilities before throwing away your hard earned money to stay at White Santorini.

The property was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet was in a separate, narrow room and there was a damp smell that I’d get a whiff of at times. The two rainforest showers was my favorite. But the living room and bedroom were well maintained, nicely decorated and kept clean. They give you a 1 liter water bottle every morning during cleaning and put it in your fridge. The complementary breakfast is really nothing to rave about- very bland selections. The champagne breakfast is also not worth it- they just add two champagne bottles and give you salmon. They have great restaurants nearby- I’d recommend exploring restaurants and cafes outside of the property. The guy who brings in the breakfast is super sweet but customer service overall is subpar. They wrote down the front desk number on a pamphlet which is like 8 digits and scribbled down the wifi info. Not very organized as far as giving you any copies of anything or any printed material with important info. I also didn’t get a tour of the property as far as where I can go to lounge- very confusing to be able to tell which properties are with Santorini vs other hotels/resorts as they are all mixed together. If you opt in for the spa, please make sure to ask questions about the service because they don’t break anything down for you. I thought my massage was supposed to start at 12 but I ended up waiting an hr because I was expected to use the facilities first which was never explained online or via email.

I stayed at the White Santorini with my mum for a few days. It was a special trip for my birthday. What I would like to say first is that the location of the hotel is perfect, the views are fantastic - you couldn't ask for better ones. It is not however a 5-star property and certainly not a 5-star service. It was on our arrival when the expectation of great service was already let down. We were taken to our room by the male receptionist and given a tour but I noticed that one of the bedrooms was locked. I specifically booked the 2-bedroom White Suite as I wanted my mum and I to have our separate bedrooms and bathrooms. I paid upfront, it wasn't cheap. When I asked why the room was locked, the receptionist looked awkward and uncomfortable. He claimed that when they sold the suite to two people they only kept one bedroom open and not both, which sounded like a poor excuse to me. I had to insist on having the second bedroom open and reminded him that I paid for a 2-bedroom suite and that is what I was expecting to get. Reluctantly, he went to fetch a key and opened it. After this incident I was rather distrustful of the man and I noticed throughout our stay that his politeness and smiles were forced. I used to work in hospitality and one thing I dislike is the fake and forced demeanour. The decor of the suite was just fine but rather cheap and minimalist, not 5-star level. My bathroom despite having the extractor fan smelled very stale. On the plus side, the terrace was huge and semi-private, which is quite something as privacy on Santorini is extremely rare. Breakfast can be as small or plentiful as you want. It is absolutely fine and filling but nothing to write home about. The gentleman who brought breakfast every day was lovely, unfortunately I didn't get his name. I made it very clear in my reservation I was celebrating my birthday and it was a special trip for me and my mum. I didn't expect gifts but both receptionists didn't even say a peep when the day arrived. No nice gestures, no "happy birthday", nothing. First World problems? Maybe, but I would expect better from a 5-star property. All in all, we still had a good time and I would still recommend this place to stay but don't expect 5-star service or luxury.
