Currently enjoying the best service even though it is end of season here in Santorini! Manager Costas and Gregoire made us feel so comfortable and gave really great advice on where to go! Looking forward to last night! Will definitely come back ❤️

What a great find! This place is a gem....with under 20 rooms, the service was personalized and exceptional. Everything from the view, the room, the pool, the drinks, the food... absolutely everything was over the top. We will go back again! Thank you especially to the staff, who took our experience from Great to AWESOME!

This place is MEH. It's not that bad but it sure isn't that good. My wife and I only like to stay in 5-star hotels because we enjoy our quiet time and relaxing time at night. Our room was a room with a pool, the honeymoon suite I believe they called it...Room #1. First of all the steps up and down are not for the unfit...It's a straight up climb from the restaurant. The restaurant is mid but touted as amazing, it's not. There are much better options within walking distance, try Karma or Lotz. It gets hot which is why we are all here right? Well the AC in our room was sub standard, we spent two night of sleeping in our own sweat even with the AC on high all day. Them office was nice and they really tried but its =not them, it's these old tired air conditioners. They were terrible. The staff is great, everyone was very nice however the bathroom has no ventilation so there is a VERY musty smell that lingers in the room that you will go home with, not sure if all bathrooms do not have ventilations but being a cave I doubt they do. Anyways, staff is great, rooms, A/C, smell all stink. They did give us 2 free massages for the issues. Staff aside, I am sure you could do better

Visited Santorini for first time celebrating wedding anniversary staying in a grand suite. This is the Santorini stay that we dreamed of when planning our visit. The view from the hotel is stunning and amazing to wake up to every day. What really shines through is the care and attention to detail from all the staff that we encountered during our stay. The inclusive breakfast is excellent with a wide selection to cater for any taste and means you don’t need to eat lunch (not that you want to in the heat!). As well as enjoying the terrace and plunge pool on a few days the hotel also arranged the Wineways exclusive tour (which we would highly recommend and will review separately) and also the private picnic for our anniversary. The private picnic was absolutely amazing. Staying in Oia you see 1000 of people make the trip to watch sunset. There is no better way you could see the sunset than the private picnic. I won’t ruin the experience for anyone but it is just you and your loved one fantastic wine and food with an uninterrupted view of the sunset. If you are planning a visit to Santorini we can’t recommend Santorini Secret Suites & Spa highly enough.
