It is very nice budget hotel run as family business. Very clean and tidy. Located near the airport. Provided efficient pickup service from the airport. I recommend staying at this hotel. Only the bedding (duvet) wasn’t comfortable enough. It can be replaced at anytime.

The beds were made of rock. The pool was empty. There was no wifi. The fridge was broken. Jenky experience overall.

The couple running the place was very friendly but during our stay there the aircon was broken and it was very warm. We tried asking for a fan but they cannot provide one. I asked them if on the way to the airport they can drop us off at the museum since its on the way there. Apparently they charged us 20 euros going to wine museum another 20 euros to go back to me and another 20 euros to go the airport. I dont understand why he needed to charge me all these trips since the museum is on the way to the airport and did not entail additional fuel. Furthermore i thought that they would at least give the trip to the wine museum complementary since the aircon was broken and we had to sleep in a very hot room. One of the reasons i chose this hotel was that it was advertised to have air conditioning.. but the aircon was so old and needs replacing

Arrived early hours no reception area or check In (safety concern) just taken to a room, no information about the accommodation provided. Apartment on first appearance was clean but very basic - 1 week stay no cleaning just bin emptied , no clean bed sheets and had to borrow sweeping brush to diy . Limited kitchenette with limited crockery and utensils no toaster.( very difficult to cook in) No TV . Air conditioning an extra €10 euro a day . Beds uncomfortable clearly a very old mattress. Bathroom is a dated shower facility only and this is poor in terms of having to literally stand against the wall for access to the shower . 1 toilet roll provided and must purchase own after that . Towels provided and changed once ( however we requested an additional change) fan reluctantly provided on request. Rooms not really suitable to accommodate a family. The bar is reasonable priced for drinks but food not good quality or priced well. Breakfast was not buffet (as advertised by Tui) instead was bread rolls cheese and ham /jam - again not suitable for children. No options for breakfast pretty much get what you are given unless you pay more Plenty of sun beds Limited WiFi only at bar/pool area Pool clean and maintained Lovely view very rural 20-30 min walk to Kos town 5 min walk to supermarket Check out at 12pm luggage storage available Friendly staff but they don’t take feedback well and are very set in there ways which means it’s like a 1980s holiday spot rather than 2022. No maid service - bin emptied at the most !

Clean, nice 20 minute walk from fira, cute host. Would have been great to have a pool but the shower was a lovely alternative and spacious.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή ,όμορφη διακόσμηση ,εύκολο παρκιγκ γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο και αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο και σε ότι κατάστημα ψάχνεις κανείς .Η κυρία που μιλήσαμε μας εξυπηρέτηση άμεσα και σε πολύ καλη τιμή !Το συνιστώ φυσικά για όσους ψάχνουν κάτι καλό κ σε αξιοπρεπείς τιμή

Séjour agréable dans un établissement tenu par un couple à l’écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service ou à conseiller. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables. Seuls points négatifs : l’isolation phonique n’est pas top et la piscine n’est pas sur place. J’y retournerai sûrement

Dans une petite rue au calme, à proximité du centre avec quelques commerces et tavernes, à 5mn a pied de l'arrêt de bus situé plus haut sur la route principale, 20mn a pied de Fira. Chambre triple avec un frigo, un évier et un (tout petit) peu de vaisselle. Petit balcon sympathique pour prendre l'apéro ou le petit-déjeuner. Deco un peu vieillotte, propreté correcte.
