Honest review - Pros Really good location 2 mins from beach and restaurants and bars. For the price we paid we feel we got a really good deal. Hotel very clean, and cleaners work hard and clean room every day. Staff are really nice, Theo was really helpful and all staff nice and friendly, such a relaxed atmosphere. Kamari in our opinion is the best place to stay in Santorini as it’s not full with tourists. our favourite restaurant was black stone which is family run and the food was amazing, as was kimi the Thai restaurant. Love boat was best bar, karaoke and open till 3 am (all walking distance ) Cons Small pool and not enough sun beds for the hotel guests, but you can just go the beach or hire beds for the day at the cocktail bar “magic summer” facing black stone restaurant and pay 5 euros for the use of a huge pool all day. There was a pipe from Upstairs leaking onto our washing and balcony, we didn’t tell the hotel until the last day so hopefully it will be fixed for next people. Balcony was really small, there was 3 adults in one room and only two Chairs on the balcony. Asked to keep the room on from check out 11.am until 4 pm and we’re unable to, but was offered to pack up and move to a double room for £80 euros for 5 hours which is the most expensive we have ever been quoted to keep a room on for 5 hours. All in all We had a really nice holiday, and I would not hesitate to book if you get a good deal.

We have just got back from a week in Santorini where we stayed at studios Mario’s apartments. I cannot recommend this place enough. The apartments were clean and comfortable and the staff are unbelievably friendly they cannot do enough for you. We would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect too, Kamari is an amazing place there is plenty to do and much more quieter than Fira and Oia which are both absolutely stunning places but in the height of summer it gets very crowded. I would recommend going to Santorini in October it’s the perfect time, less people you can explore Oia and Fira without it being so full you can’t move and the weather is still very pleasant.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I visited with a friend and we loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they always gave great advice on places to visit restaurants to eat etc. The location was perfect as the hotel was a 30 second walk to kamari beach and the strip of restaurants, bars and shops along the seafront too! Also the bakery next to the hotel was our favourite place to visit to grab lunch as it was such good food yet also so affordable.

Another great 2 weeks stay at Studio Mario's, booked our pick up from and too the airport, despite our flight being 3 hours late our taxi was waiting for us, arrived at the hotel and Mario's was waiting to check us in. Rooms were well appointed with everything you would need for self catering. Air con was great and needed as it was very hot. Rooms were cleaned daily. Appreciated the late check out on the day we left because our return flight was late at night.

What a great short break here. My wife arranged it as a surprise for 50th, and she really struck gold with this place. Ideally located for everything you could possibly need, but so quiet and tranquil. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and will go the extra mile for you. A lovely pool, or a very short walk to the beach where most bars offer free sun loungers, don’t pay like we did!! We are definitely coming back to this beautiful location, island and accommodation next year, but we’ll be bringing our two kids who will 21 & 22.

Perfect location. Clean hotel with all amenities. Spotless and staff were exceptional. Tio (unsure of spelling) was very attentive and polite. Towels for the pool could be obtained from reception, and beach towels for the beach were also offered. We went on a boat trip, and 3 beach towels were loaned to us. We had a triple room, more than enough space for 3 adults. Toaster, coffee machine, fridge and small freezer, kettle and sink with scourer, and washing up liquid were in the kitchen. Best shower ever for temperature and power. Cannot fault.
