トロス リゾート(Tholos Resort)

シーズンの終わり。ビールがなくなる日もある。サラダがなくなる日もある。そして氷もなくなる :) :) 素晴らしい眺め。レセプションのアンナは太陽の光が降り注ぎ、掃除の女性はとても優しく、ビクターはいつもそこにいるスーツケースを運ぶのに。階段があることを考えると、これは素晴らしいことです。プールサイドのスタッフは疲れていて、休暇に出かける準備ができているようです。それは理解できますが、今回は2年で5日間の休暇なので、少しイライラしています。すぐ隣にあるものを考えると、価格の価値はありません。

I took my grandsons to Europe on a family holiday and went to Santorini so they could see the one of a kind view from above the Caldera. I chose the Tholos Resort based on their website and seeing where it was located on Google Maps. The Resort is perfectly situated above the Caldera in the village of Imerovigli. This area of Santorini is more relaxed than the center of Fiera but only a 15-20 minute walk along the rigid. We had adjoining rooms that had patios where we enjoyed breakfast each morning, that was included in the price. Waking each morning to fresh coffee and the wonderful view of cruise ships in the water below was outstanding. The staff was not only punctual but very friendly. Another really valuable note is that since the Resort is only accessible by foot the fact that they met our taxi and carried our suitcases directly to our rooms was greatly appreciated. This is a fabulous place to stay and enjoy the best of Santorini.

We were very happy with our stay at Tholos and we had read every review regarding stairs/steps. They are breathtaking but just take your time and if possible don’t leave the resort. We had a two bedroom (one is open plan) two bathroom with Hamam. We didn’t know how to use it so didn’t get use out of it. We did suggest a compendium or instructions for things put around the place. Or the phone ext to be stuck on the phone. Whilst they do tell you this number, it is easy to forget when you’re holidaying looking at the beautiful view. The hot tub wasn’t hot on our first day so they did increase the temperature and by day 2-3 it was perfect. The pool is an ice box but you have to get in just to say you had a swim in Santorini. You are very high up which was something I didn’t quite realise. However the view is spectacular. The staff organised a caldera cruise which was terrific. We had transfers organised through Tholos to and from the airport which was terrific. Enjoyed our stay at Tholos and would recommend it to others.

Amazing view! Excellent and very friendly staff! Very nice breakfast at your own private balcony. Swimming pool with a view to the magnificent Caldera. The room was very comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended and hope to come back again soon

Excellence location with amazing views. Very good service. Lovely pool area with a good restaurant. Only down side really was that the rooms are showing a few signs of aging; but, having said that they, were spotlessly clean and still comfortable. Good value for money in $antorini!

The pics on line does not look like the actual room and decor shower is very incomfertable and hugly no door water allover the floor when showering to many steps in side of the room water leeking allover the floor aroud the bathroom from Ac .The TV is very small .Jacuzzi out side is a joke ! The room in general is very awckward and incomfertable. Breakfast is poor quality. AMAZING VIEW.

The hotel has a beautiful view and some amazing sunsets. The ease of ordering breakfast online. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do more. The bar at the pool is nice too while relaxing by the pool.

We had a great stay in Tholos. We are a family of 3 with an 8 year old. We stayed in the Superior Suite. The space was perfect for the 3 of us. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It was lovely to wake up to the beautiful view of the caldera every day. Tholos is located along the cliffs so it is not near a beach. You have to trek up the stairs to get to the town. Maybe equivalent to 6-7 flights of stairs? If you don't like stairs, this is not the place for you. Our 8 year old made it every day just fine though. There is a little hotel pool to cool off during the summer months. They served us breakfast in our room every day. We would eat it on the balcony looking out to the caldera every day. We even ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant one night so we can enjoy the sunset. Can you tell we really liked the view? When we did venture out, there are many restaurants and stores within 5-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. My only suggestion is that they make a sign at the bottom of the stairs to direct visitors to reception. There are clusters of hotels along the cliffs and very clear signs would help. (Note, turn left when you hit the end of the first set of stairs.) Hotel staff was helpful and courteous.

I had the most phenomenal time at this gorgeous boutique resort on my first visit to Santorini. The location is just perfect and the views from the resort are breathtaking. The hotel management were very accommodating and made sure that my friends and I were well looked after. We had welcome drinks at the pool bar while our room was being prepared. We were greeted by the delightful, Christos at the bar and we had an opportunity to create our own cocktails off the menu! Later dinner was served on the outdoor terrace with the most spectacular views of the sunset. Once again the service was impeccable. My only regret is that I did not stay longer. It was certainly a trip to remember and a resort I’d love to visit again. 😊
