部屋の設備はまあまあ、寝具は快適、スイミングプールは一定温度ですが非常に小さい、朝食はメニュー形式で、味と食材は良く、毎日わずかな違いがあります。ターンダウンサービスがあり、毎日異なるベッドタイムギフトが提供されます。火山に面しており、景色もとても素敵です。唯一の欠点は、荷物を運ぶのに料金がかかることです。また、駐車場からホテルまで歩くのが長く、足の悪い人には非常に適しています。 。

非常不錯的體驗

Absolutely stunning! I’m so sad to be back, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the deluxe pool room, I would say it’s more of a hot tub. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Bathroom is modern. They clean 2x a day, leave you a small thing every night. You get complimentary 5 course breakfast with champagne. Calling room service, they came within 2minutes. The only semi downside if you are unable to go up and down steps easy. It is tiring but this hotel and the views are so worth it. The staff are all so nice and helpful. If using hotel airport transfer it is 100euros each way, but they do bring your luggage up and down and that’s included in a fee that is already charged daily. Not too many restaurants around here just a handful, but you will be exploring more so walking a bit to get to the not so high end restaurants isn’t bad. Walk to Fira is about 15-20mins, you could hike to Oia which is about 1hr 30mins-2hrs or just get a taxi to take you. I can’t say enough about this hotel other than to book it.

This property is beautiful. High on the cliffs of the caldera with Skaros Rock right across from it. The staff - from the front desk to the concierges to the waiters - were excellent, professional and friendly. They all made the stay even better. The views from the rooms, the infinity pool, and the restaurant were spectacular! The restaurant is quite nice with creative dishes. Their breakfasts are delicious and change every day. Very highly recommended.

The Grace Hotel was unbelievably beautiful. The view from our room offered one of the most amazing sunset views on the Island. To say the staff offered everything possible to make your stay relaxing is an understatement. They went over the top to ensure every need was taken care of before you even thought of it. The rooms were immaculate and the staff offered a turndown service each night with a tea, or treat to enjoy before bed. The front desk staff were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendations on activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. It is worth every penny.

This was one of of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The setting and facilities were all great. The entire staff were very outgoing, kind and welcoming. They were so helpful with things like dinner reservations, getting me suntan lotion when I forgot to pack mine and everything in between.

We loved our stay at Grace Hotel. It's truly a five-star hotel, and is one of those places where the real experience is much better than the pictures. We loved the staff. Our room. The bar, food, and the amazing views and tranquility. It's tough to put into words our wonderful experience. We will definitely be back someday!

This place is remarkable. The property is beyond gorgeous, but what makes it memorable is the astounding staff. Everyone you encounter there makes you feel like part of their family - warmth, sincerity, friendship and attention to your every comfort. The food is spectacular, the bar is remarkable. George and his entire team are amazing (Tassos in the bar, Constantino, Anna and Martina run reception and all your needs, Silvia at breakfast, Niktarios as sommelier in the restaurant, and countless others). Don't hesitate to go here!

The Grace Hotel staff are by far the most friendly, accommodating team I have ever stayed with. From the moment my wife and I arrived for our honeymoon, they were right there to ensure our stay was seamless and relaxing. Our bags were carried to our room, the breakfast staff remembered our drink orders each morning, and they regularly checked on us to make sure our stay was perfect. I couldn't ask for a more relaxing, 5-star experience. Not to mention, the views in Santorini (and our room at Grace Hotel) are priceless! I highly recommend Grace Hotel if you're looking for the best hotel Santorini has to offer.
