Great hotel!

Good Hotel and Good Stay in This Adorable and Quiet Hotel Located in a Beautiful and Residential Area I will return soon for work in this chaotic but fascinating city and I will definitely stay in this hotel again Truly Varied, Complete and Amazing Breakfast

This is a great hotel by name no doubt. The rooms were the absolute best part of the hotel experience. Classy and roomy with very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the service was hit and miss. Some of the staff were superb, others mehhh... I would say going through the motions. It did not help that only one of the two lifts were working , which also made the whole stay a but more tedious as there was always a considerable wait and awkardly crowded lifts. The breakfast was ok but lacked choice, the maitre'ds were excellent, but quite a few of the wait staff had really not much service training at all. It was difficult to attract attention and simple things like giving way to customers seemed a low priority despite the restaurant being uncrowded. Finally, I had to ask for the price menu for the mini bar in my room 4 times before I got one. Perhaps they are most used to hotel guests where money is no issue :) Not expected for a hotel with the name Fasano Would not stay again..

Just returned from my second stay at Fasano São Paulo and am pleased to say it was as good as the first time. The staff goes out of its way to please it’s guests and maintains extremely high standards. The rooms are impeccably designed with amazing bath supplies, comfortable beds, electric blinds that block out the daylight completely and the welcoming brigadeiros. Fasano, though, is more than just a hotel. The Baretto Jazz Lounge offers excellent live music, the hotel dining options are all exceptional, and there is a mini upscale mall attached to the property, Shops Jardins, that is home to upscale retailers such as Gucci, Chanel, Dior, etc along with top tier restaurants including Makoto. Location cannot be beat with Oscar Freire just a few blocks away and a couple of Santander banks for ATM withdrawals within a 5 minute walk. Extremely safe and upscale neighborhood that attracts a sophisticated, but non pretentious, crowd. Why stay anywhere else in São Paulo?…I know I wouldn’t.

This is an extraordinary hotel . The staff will watch out for you, eac rooms is an elegant, serene oasis oasis in this city. Neighborhood is ideal for walking and finding shos, salons, art galleries..

Located in a really nice area near restaurants, luxury malls and shops. The hotel have all the amenities necessary for lodging it is super cozy and luxury, the rooms are big and clean with all the necessary if you need something else don’t hesitate to concierge and they will arrange with your requirement.

Exceptional staff, in an exceptionally tasteful hotel, made all the better by its intimacy. My wife and I have visited hotels in multiple cities around the world and Fasano São Paulo rates amongst the very best we have ever experienced. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.

We had an early arrival, and a late check out, and the Fasano team really went above and beyond to make our trip special and comfortable given our circumstances. The staff is extremely polite and well trained. Upon arrival the bellhop noticed one of our bags had a wheel issue, and they immediately offered to take it to the store for a revision. Leading up to our arrival the amazing concierge Sabrina was responsive and on top of our reservations and last minute changes. The hotel oozes Paulista sophistication, but apart from the lovely bedroom with delicious toiletries from Costa Brazil, we enjoyed the Spa, listened to jazz at their bar Baretto, and dined at their delicious Italian restaurant. The service was fantastic in all of them. Looking forward to staying at the Fasano SP again and in other properties in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An elegant enclave, Fasano combines style and comfort, well sited in a very smart district a short cab ride from the business zone. A slender tower with only four rooms per floor, my room was high up with glimpses of the vast city between neighbouring buildings. The room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable with crisp linens and welcome wooden floors rather than carpet. The Fasano complex includes a food store like (a Brazilian Fortnum & Mason) and a smart shopping centre. Nearby are plenty of shops and restaurants, including the hotel's own excellent Gero. Breakfast on the terrace was good, the gym ample but the indoor pool a tad disappointing - small and rather airless. But this didn't detract from a very good two night stay.
