I had a fabulous stay here. The Hosts were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. I stayed in both the apartment and a room and the facilities and comfort of both were amazing. Breakfast each day was more than adequate with plenty of variety to choose from. I would have no hesitation about recommending a stay here and will definitely be back again.

Loved the location, our spacious room and the lovely rooftop breakfast. The rooms need some freshening up as the room had a musty, moldy smell.

Amazing place in the old historic area. Rooftop was amazing and breakfast was great. Little touches like bottled water and candies as you enter. Will definitely come back

The location was great and not a far drive from the main beaches. The hostess was great - she was informative, friendly, and addressed any request we had. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay in Lagos.

There are many positives about this place - the location is great - walking distance to many beaches and sites; you can sit on your balcony and hear music from the square. The breakfast is very good (except for the coffee). In terms of cleanliness, the room was clean and tidy. In terms of cons, the bed is very uncomfortable (thin mattress where you feel the coils), the linens and towels are very worn. The biggest negative for me was that a staff member gave my phone number to another guest without my consent.

This is the perfect hybrid of an air BNB and a hotel. You don't get hotel services - 24/7front desk, elevator, high-quality bedding etc. But you also don't pay big hotel prices. And you get to stay right in the center of the old town. The staff will connect with you to get a sense of when you are arriving, then meet you at the hotel, show you your room and give you keys. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast on the roof included with the room -delicious, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice, and great view of the town. We got a room with a terrace overlooking the streets, which I'd definitely recommend - it's a great place to sip the free bottle of wine they leave you in your room, wrapped in the bathrobes for your use. Laundry service was cheap, high quality and quick (overnight). Bathroom is large. The roof is also open after breakfast, into the night, if you want to sit up there. There's a complimentary bottle of port for you to sample on the roof. We had a broken toilet on a Sunday early evening during a holiday weekend, and we called and they had someone there less than an hour later to fix it. If you want something hotel-y, this is not for you - and you'd probably not be able to stay in the heart of the old town, near wonderful restaurants and a festival that was going on while we were there. But if you want a very comfortable, friendly, ideally located and charming place in town, this place is great - and very affordable.
