Friendly staff, good service The room is clean and hotel has good location The landscape from the room is wonderful

Paid 2.2M VND extra for early check-in (original room rate 2.6M.) Villa location very far from reception, need to call a hotel cart to come pick you up every time. Hotel itself located very far from sapa town. Extremely slow WiFi. Constant construction noise during the day, karaoke singing into the night.

All in all great a great experience and a great time. Can only recommend this hotel.

The general manager and his staff provided excellent information about sightseeing and food in Sapa. They also helped me get a rental motorbike delivered to the hotel on a holiday weekend when my rental reservation was canceled by a local motorbike shop.

We had a Bungalow mountain view room, which were a lot more than we had hoped for. The view was amazing, the room was a great size with the amenities needed. The service was outstanding, friendly and always with a smile. Its located within walking distance (abt 25 min walk) of Downtown Sapa, but still far enough away to feel the tranquillity. Simply a great place to stay.

Excellent place loved the Panoramic view from the room. Good staff good service and special mention about Ms.An ( reception ) who took extra care in making sure my requirements were met during my stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience at your property. Would highly recommend this place.

Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.
