Helaas was dit Campagnile hotel de minste waar ik tot nu toe geweest ben. Ik heb zelf de verkeerde locatie geboekt. Kamer had wat mankementen. Bedlampje kapot, oude Wc pot met bruine kalkaanslag, nog gebruikt afvalzakken in de badkamer prullenmand.

I have huge issue with booking for the stay, i booked online with *******.com for the night Aug 14-15, on the 1st page i clicked Aug 14-15 but i received a confirmation email from *******.com its was done for Aug 28-29, i clicked immediately on Manage Booking button, but i could not cancel it, the typing with virtual agent was grayed out. There's no way to cancel, i rebooked immediately online with *******.com for Aug 14-15, it's was doubly booked for same night i was doubled charged for same stay on same night aug14-15, please help so i am charged only once. Tks

We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stop. We got there at 4.30 and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant but when we got up to the rooms they were still being 'cleaned' so we went for a walk. When we came back we found both rooms to still be quite grubby. The carpets in both rooms were stained, the lino very worn and the sink in our room had hairline cracks. Our room also smelled of stale sweat. The air con was ok ish in our room but barely working in our kids'room. The bed was comfy and I slept well. We had breakfast in the morning and we all thought it was great quality and variety and good value for money. So in conclusion, a great breakfast but very very tired rooms in desperate need of an update. We've stayed in lots of Campagniles before and this is the worst one by far, they have obviously let themselves go. I would not stay in one again.
