Very nice view from the hotel itself and from the balcony. Breakfast was alright and parking is free. But we had issue with air conditioner and it took 2 days to fix. Other then that I would recommend it.

Mooi locatie en mooi uitzicht. De kamer en de badkamer lijken recent gerenoveerd en modern. Het warm water duurde wel heel heel heel lang en weinig druk, best irritant. Het ontbijt buffet was veelzijdig en verrukkelijk. Ook handig dat ze eigen parkeerplaatsen hebben

We booked a 5 night stay at the hotel which was convenient walking distance from the port of Sarande. The hotel is family run, friendly, very clean and the breakfast was adequate. We had a lovely sea view room and although it was pretty basic it was comfortable and quiet. Location is great for access to restaurants and shops. Personally, we like to have coffee facilities in our room but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

The manager seems he doesnt absolutely care of the guests. The breakfast was poor. We were hungry after it, so we need to buy food in the shop next door. The rooms are not worth the price. In room you can hear everything, what is happening in the corridor and next rooms. And I was dissapointed about the cleaning service. They took away the rubbish, but didnt give us new toilet paper or did anything else. Only think which was worth it was the view from the room and the location not far from the city center in quiet location…..when the manager is not loudly arguing with the neighbours at night.

What a fantastic place to stay! It is so close to the sea you will hear the waves all night long! The owner and family are most kind and make you feel welcome! The rooms are so clean and very well kept. Beautiful! Breakfast is very good and quite filling! We came here for 1 night and extended to 5 nights! You will love it!

Do not trust this hotel. Made booking through free cancellation filter, money was taken and hotel said I clicked the wrong bit. Another booking was made for free cancellation and hotel had 8 months to refill the room in peak season august - but no arrangement would be considered re paying an upgrade or getting the room back they flat out took over £500 and very rude - so not trust

Review Great location. Right on the beach and a very short distance away from the city centre. Our room was facing the sea and the view was incredible. The room was also clean and they changed the laundry also regularly. We stayed here for three days and they tried to give variety in the breakfast. The breakfast spread was also good. I must narrate a small incident that happened to us. My husband forgot his wallet on the beach in the night and the next morning around 10 when we were ready to go out, he remembered about it. We checked the place but it was not there. The owners and their neighbours helped us find it. Their smart and brilliant daughter Kida called up the place we visited the previous night as well as helped us in translating our problem to other visitors on the beach which was very instrumental in getting our wallet back. Special thanks to Kida, her charming mother and helpful father. Also appreciate the honesty of Albanian people. All in all, we had a great experience. I strongly recommend this place.

Un petit hôtel familial qui a satisfait toutes nos attentes. Il est près de tout, du port des ferries, de la promenade animée du bord de mer, de la plage publique, des bars, des restaurants, des bureaux pour réserver les excursions et pourtant au calme. Cet hôtel est pratiquement posé sur la plage. On prend le petit déjeuner en voyant et en écoutant la mer. Notre chambre avait une vue féérique sur la mer. Nous entendions les murmures des vagues de notre lit. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, diversifié selon les attentes salées ou sucrées des clients avec une nouveauté tous les jours. Une des meilleurs plages privée, le Shemo bar et restaurant est à 2 pas. L'accueil est discret mais aimable et souriant. Quel bonheur de trouver un petit hôtel familial de charme alors qu'en France nous n'avons plus que des chaînes impersonnelle et toutes semblables, possédées par des lobbies, des établissements dénués d'âme. Au Piccolino, les chambres sont assez vastes bien décorées, bien équipées, confortables, les salles de bain aussi. Un bonheur vraiment de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Nous partons à regret, reviendrons et le conseillerons à nos amis. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Geweldig mooi uitzicht. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaar. Parkeert je auto netjes. Gelijk aan het strand. Trap af naar beneden. Helaas geen lift, we zaten 4 hoog dus behoorlijk veel trappen gelopen. Met je zware koffer is dat monder leuk. Ontbijt eenvoudig.

Hervorragende Urlaub. Warme Gastgeber, Qualität in Bedienung, Bio Produkte beim Frühstück, Bereitschaft für alles. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeder, der im Urlaub in Saranda gehen möchte. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut (2 min weg vom Strand). Die Preise sind auch günstig.

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, comnodo al mere e al traghetto, ha un parcheggio privato e il titolare è gentilissimo e disponibile, nonchè parla benissimo italiano..però non basta. Ho notato scarsa presenza alla reception, più volte le persone avevano bisogno e i proprietari non c'erano, noi stessi abbiamo fatto il ceck out con la cameriera di colazione..anche no. A proposito di colazione...assolutamente da migliorare. Un bar bellissimo per fare le bevande calde e inutilizzato! Per scaldare il pane una bistecchiera minuscola con filo volante e con l'hotel pieno che giustamente vuole scaldare il pane: consiglio vivamente un tostapane professionale. Poca varietà, poco curata e poco riassortita. La camera pulita e spaziosa ma da migliorare. Il bagno è talmente piccolo che lo allaghi ogni volta che fai la doccia e non ci si sta nel piatto doccia. Ripeto: è bello, è in una bella posizione, i proprietari conoscono bene la lingua e l'italiano...consiglio attenzioni in più al cliente che da voi in vacanza viene volentieri!

Vicinissino a piedi al terminal dei traghetti da Corfu', vicino a bar, cambio, e noleggio moto, l hotel e' sul mare, pulito, ordinato, con colazione sempre varia e completa(sia dolce che salata).Proprietario gentile e parla benissimo l'italiano.Direi con tutti i confort.Rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo.
