房間很不錯，基本滿意。

This is our second time staying here. Convenient location and friendly staff. We love the large heated pool and hot tub. There are always friendly guests, too. We’ll be back!

We stayed here as a Best Western prior to the change to Spark. The breakfast is basically nonexistent now. There is no longer a workout room. The staff however was excellent. Lisa, Bartender at the hotel bar and Troy at the front desk were excellent. For our room (#426) we had to step into the shower in order to close the door to the bathroom but not sure if others had this same issue. The room refrigerator is also very small. Very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, over to Siesta Key along. We would stay again for the convenience but not because of the overall amenities.

The staff was generally good. They responded well to requests and were very polite. I was surprised that the breakfast was a continental breakfast. That gets old quickly.

It was the first time staying at a Sparks property and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff and other guests were very friemdly. We really enjoyed our stay

The rooms have been renovated are are bright and comfortable. The TV viewing selection is minimal and the 'new' TV remote is not user friendly. The Breakfast has been downgraded severely to a cold basic breakfast of basic kids' cereals, Bagels and muffins. The Hot Breakfast previously offered by the previous Best Western Hotel has been eliminated. These are all negatives!

Overall I think you get what you paid for.. the price wasn’t expensive and it wasn’t a five star hotel either

Most of the staff was wonderful especially the young lady in the evening.We have been staying here for 3 years when it was Best Western Plus. The new decor and the bagel bar are improvements.We were very disappointed that the poolside games has been removed and that the bar was under construction (understandable) as these are two of the reasons we decided to come back after staying in Nokomis last year.There is no longer a gym on the premises but the hotel did compensate us which spoke to their good customer service
