Would have liked free water. Bathroom mirror had no makeup lighting setting. Ample parking. No housekeeping for a 2 night stay but they remedy that by leaving a set of towels, tissues, toilet paper and coffee at your door- really loved that!! Pool and gym very nice. Did not gamble so no comment there. Quick check in and contact less checkout. TV had terrible remote and was very hard to find decent stations.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights when my son participate in the chess tournament. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. Kids have enjoyed swimming pool service. I will come again.

We were quite disappointed of the dining options in the hotel. There was one very expensive steak restaurant and one so called restaurant where you wait in line to order and get a buzzer to come get your food when it is ready. Not cheap each other for what you are paying for to eat. The rooms are great! Very comfortable and I felt like a princess in our king size bed. They were very willing to upgrade our room because we were a VIP Gold member. They would not offer us any free play and stay or play and dine coupons because we booked through ******* or any other 3rd party. It would have been nice to offer something.

The fact that they have everything nearby in the hotel like restaurant,pool,hot tub,gym,casino,late night food,bars etc

The heat/ac in our room would not go down. We had it set at 60 degrees from the moment we walked in and it never cooled down.

I like that it’s clean and connected to ****** . I was disappointed I didn’t get vip benefits booking through *******

My visit was amazing. The room was immaculate and well thought out. The staff at every level was kind and professional. Mortons was DIVINE!!!! The bed was comfortable, the room was super quiet, and I loved the black out blinds, the shower, the coffee in the room and the eco-friendly water stations in the hall that prevent plastic bottes. The glass pitchers and glasses were a great idea. The pool was heated and just refreshing and relaxing along with the hot tub. The gym also has nice equipment. What a lovely stay. It was a great staycation, and I will book again soon! Best time of year is WINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The check-in went smoothly, the hotel is clean and well-run, our room was clean and had all the necessary towels, etc. We heard the people in the room next door during the night - annoying, and they should do something about the soundproofing, but it's a decent hotel in a good location. They might include a breakfast area or at least coffee - there is a strange little place in the lobby that has a coffee machine, some pre-packaged sandwiches and cereals, and a self -checkout. Kind of tacky for the type of hotel it is. . .
