TUI BLUE サリゲルメ・パーク(Tui Blue Sarigerme Park)

We have just got home from 2 weeks at this hotel and everything is perfect there my husband is gluten free and was so well looked after by the restaurant manager Murat and chef Erdan every meal time they came looking for him to ask if he wanted anything different from the buffet and would cook him special meals and the desserts were beautiful we can't thank them enough for making our holiday so enjoyable and will look forward to seeing them when we return this is a special hotel also all the staff were so friendly and seem happy in their work especially the evening bar waitesses

Really beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff are brilliant and cannot do enough to make your stay really fantastic. We stayed in a villa room and it was big enough for us and our 12 year old, although a proper bed for him would be nicer and more comfy. There were staff that deserve a mention. Akan in the pool bar, who was smiling and professional, however many were queuing, probably the best barman I have encountered. Berk, who was the TUI Blue Liaison for us Brits, As soon as you mentioned something, he tried to help. Absolutely incredible. Eli from the entertainment team, who was so enthusiastic, even when we were rubbish! The restaurant was lovely, and the food was good. Plenty of fruit and salads for the health conscious and naughty desserts for a treat. All in all, I would definitely recommend and would love to come back, with maybe a few tweaks. Firstly, I believe its a little unfair to charge adult prices for teenagers, when they are not able to join in some of the activities. Family holidays are a treasured time and we wanted to experience activities with our son, unfortunately, the cut off was 18 for things like archery, even if they were supervised by parents. Saying that, Berk did organise a special session for our family, but would be good to have more for teenagers. Prices seem to have gone through the roof for next year, so will have to wait and see if we come back here or try somewhere else with more facilities for our son. The main reason we came to the hotel, was Sarigerme Diving. They are absolutely brilliant, my son has become a qualified diver with them over the last few years and this year went diving with them alone. I was totally confident with them. The hotel is lucky to have them. Lastly, thank you for a lovely holiday and we hope to be back, if possible. Sooooo much better than the Hilton up the road, in every way.

7th visit to this beautiful hotel. Everything is exceptional here. Rooms are amazing- so clean. Restaurant and beach bar are well run. Thank you to Murat for making sure it runs smoothly and to Sevkat, Didem and Ali for keeping us supplied with drinks. To the guys in the Purple Turtle bar in the evening especially Semih, Ramadan Y and Mucahit for the laughs and happy evenings. See you again soon.

I have just returned from another fantastic trip to this jewel of a hotel. From the minute you arrive you feel special and a valued guest. The food and drink are both very good and you are looked after in the bars by Arif Aygun and his team and in the eating areas by Murat Karabuman and his team. Both managers run their areas to an excellent standard, their staff are well trained and provide an outstanding service. They are attentive to every little detail. Both managers lead by example always serving drinks and clearing tables at busy times. All their staff seem very happy in their works and work hard with smiles on their faces, I believe this is because they are appreciated by Arif and Murat. There are many members of staff who deserve a special mention for their outstanding service, but here are just a few: Halime, Durdikin, Sevket, Ali, Didem, Mustaffa, Ayse, Emel and Murammar. I am sure the new General Manager will be very happy with his outstanding team of managers and staff. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel and grounds are kept immaculate by an army of happy cleaners and gardeners, a special shout out must be given to Salih the man who maintains the toilets at the beach, I have never ever seen better maintained facilities. I would also like to give another word of praise for Salih the bell boy, he is incredibly happy, helpful and cheerful, he made us all feel very special. The beach is well maintained with plenty of loungers. There is nothing negative to say about this beautiful hotel. So much so that we will be back in September. See you soon.

Great family stay - arriving on a late flight a wonderfully quick transfer (thanks sun transfers) and we were instantly wowed by the beautiful reception lobby. A great choice of drinks, snacks and fruit was available and we were taken with our luggage by golf buggy to the rooms. Food was fabulous the entire stay - we are an incredibly fussy family and everyone ate and enjoyed their food and you were spoilt for choice! It was hot, fresh and delicious! All staff here are incredible, they seem very genuinely keen to help. Special mention to Akan in the beach bar who was the most polite, helpful barman and remembered my orders from day too! Also Selma who was always smiling and helpful and chatty! Animation team won my very shy daughter over and had her dancing any playing football - thank you Elif, Yakub and Alla! Was so grateful they started kids football and wish they had done it from the start of our holiday. Also very grateful to Sarigerme dive team - Huseyin, Aquaman for taking the time to give free sessions in the pool which gave my daughter the confidence at the age of 9 to try her first scuba dive in the sea where JJ looked after her so meticulously I felt totally at ease to enjoy my dive! She loved it so so much! Thanks guys! All round great stay and we will be back 100%

I cannot fault this hotel. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A special mention for Arif and his team and also Murat K and his team. They all work extremely hard to make your holiday special. A special mention for Mustafa and Ali who looked after us at breakfast and Dirdekin who looked after us at dinner. We will most definitely return here.

Had an amazing eleven nights . Arrived and put into a room near the faculties as my dad had mobility issues. Spotted by reception so they changed his room . Food was great and BBQ and al a cart restaurant excellent . Emasculate clean . So many staff keep the place tidy . All staff attentive and went out of their way to provide first class service . The TUI rep Ali did a good job too. Overall a great all inclusive holiday that exceeded expectations. Many thanks to the team behind the operation to deliver an excellent experience. Thank you for a great eleven nights . Would certainly recommend to any one look for a great holiday in Turkey . Great weather too

We are here at the moment having a brilliant holiday. We have found everything to our liking. The food in the main restaurant is always good with plenty of choices. Have just eaten in the Levante A La Carte restaurant. I would give the service 100% and the quality of food the same. Our server Ali was a lovely man who paid us lots of attention and made us feel welcome. We hope to go back for another meal before we leave next week. Very clean hotel with the best entertainment in the evening .Enjoyed African singers Harmony 4 they were excellent and had everyone dancing.
