TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarigerme（テュイ マジック ライフ サリゲルメ）

Was here for two weeks and it was one of the best hotels I have been to for service, food, location and everything that goes along with it! A fabulous place that I would recommend to anyone! Water sports were mostly included and the entertainment was great. The staff really work hard and ho out of their way to ensure you are happy. Mostly German occupied and very few English but that wasn’t such a bad thing but would have been happier with more of a mix.

From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff from Reception to Guest Relations to Cleaners and Gardeners all welcomed us with a genuine smile. All aspects of the hotel was exceptionally clean and cared for. The hotel is set in a beautiful hillside location with pine trees and fantastic views across the bay, especially from the roof top bar and restaurants. In the main building is reception and the buffet restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served. Here the food for both is exceptional with a huge variety of choice. The kitchen staff are very friendly and ensure all of the food is presented to a high standard which is pretty rare in a buffet style restaurant. The staff at meal times were always attentive and only after a few days knew of your drinks preference so kept you topped up at meal times. The local spirits are a fair way from those of premium branded spirits but we found the red wine and sparkling white wine very palatable. That said, the spirit measures in the evening are far more generous than those in the day! If you get the chance to have a meal in the Turkish Rooftop Restaurant then go for it as our meal was outstanding. The activity pool is a main focal point and is lively during the day with its music and activities run by the Entertainment Team who genuinely go out of their way to make sure everyone who wants to join in does so,and has a good time. These guys, as does everyone work exceptionally hard. We spent most days around the 16+ pool. This is a lovely quiet and relaxing area and like the activity pool has wooden sun loungers which were very comfy and well padded. The backdrop for this pool is a natural mini waterfall cascading in to the hillside, so sounds idyllic throughout the day. Even the pool and beach toilets are cleaned every 30 minutes so are always fresh and clean. On to the Entertainment Team - they completely made the holiday for us and we left with a suitcase full of laughs and memories. They were brilliant and helped us have one of the best family holidays ever. To name a few, Taryn, Jason, Charlie, Ciao and William the magician and aerial acrobat were simply brilliant fun who we had many laughs with. They are happy to join your for dinner also if you are lucky enough. Lastly a special thank you to Sezgin who is the Entertainment Manager - who also went out of his way to make our time there very special. We would love to return one day. Next year we are heading to Magic Life Egypt but they will have a hard act to follow!!

We had an amazing stay! Restaurant was very rich and everything was just amazing. Staff is helpful and kind everywhere, in reception, restaurant, by the beach or the pool and whenever they see you. Special thanks to front office team! Sea is amazing, it’s warm and very children friendly cause it gets barely deep from very far from the coast. The activities were amazing too, you can use banana and do waterski once per day as part of your stay, and there are much more fun activities to do. There are couple pools, but our favourite was adult only pool. It was very calm and quite even though the hotel is very family friendly. If you don’t have kids, you’ll still have plenty of adult only places like quite adult only garden where you can lay and enjoy the sun in total peace. At night, there was always some activity like shows, parties, live music etc., or since the hotel is very big you can enjoy soem quite time there too. Overall, a great experience and would come back! The food was great and all staff members are extremely polite despite average entertainment activities. The beach is one of the best we have ever been to. Rooms are cosy and clean. Special thanks to Volkan (Restaurant staff) who made our vacation even better.

Just back from another holiday here. 2 weeks with the family this time. What can I say apart from Fantastic. Where to start. All the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. We had 3 balcony rooms all with great views of the pools and ocean. Pretty well equipped other than an iron which would have been handy but not the end off the world. House keeping was great. Room cleaned every day and water put in the fridge. The 2 outside pools are fantastic and in the most beautiful settings surrounded by beautiful greenery. The beach is also beautiful with kayaking, banana boat, wind surfing and boat trips. The food in the main restaurant and pool restaurant was super tasty with lots of choice for everyone. Entertainment team were also super and great at their jobs. Lots going on from water aerobics, Archery. Fun games. Evening entertainment was either in on the beach. Pool bar or stage. All very enjoyable To summarise you won’t go wrong coming to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made this family trip one to really remember. Thank you x

This was our 8th holiday in Turkey, but I have to admit, it was the first place where we left with tears in our eyes. After that, we don't want to go anywhere else! The resort is sensational! Peace, tranquility, love, cleanliness.. The staff is fabulous, the food is excellent, the entertainment team is special! Thanks to all the employees of the hotel for an unforgettable experience! We will return for 2 weeks in 2024 :)

Friendly welcome, attentive service, lots of entertainment and sports activities to choose. It was my first visit to Turkey and it was high above my expectations - best holiday ever. It’s outstanding hotel due to the location next to a sandy bay and lovely greenery around. Garden and outdoor arrangements is defenitely what makes the hotel superior over other in this region

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday, what an amazing resort. We arrived at 3.30am was welcomed with a buzz fix drink, reception staff were great explaining everything. Our cases were taken to our room on the 3rd floor what a fantastic view. The grounds of the hotel were fabulous well kept. The whole resort was so clean,food was great so much choice. The staff were amazing they only had 2 weeks until the end of season but you never would have known. Would just like to say a special thanks to Daniel from entertainment,nisa from coffee shop & late night barman. We enjoyed our holiday so much we booked for next year whilst still there.

We visited the TUI Magic Life at Sarigerme on 6th of October 2023. From the very start it was a pleasant experience with a comfortable room with a sea view on the third floor.The room had all the usual amenities Tea,Coffee and cold drinks in the Fridge,TV,Phones,and a lot of storage.The house keeping was fantastic and nothing was to much trouble.Special thanks to (Guner)You were a star and a real asset to this Hotel.The staff at this Hotel work very hard to make every guests stay as pleasant as possible.The Hotel is spotlessly clean as is the beach area and swimming pools.The entertainment team do their very best to include all the guests,with special thanks to Daniel,Kyle and Charlie who were a pleasure to talk to and made us feel very welcome as did the whole Team.If you come to this Hotel you will have a fantastic time.
