ベストウェスタン プラス イースト サイド(Best Western Plus East Side)

The hotel was clean and nice, parking was a bit tricky as the underground was full and there was only one spot left out back. The breakfast was excellent, great selection of food. We were on the 3rd floor and it was loud above us I think due to the flooring. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked in but were refused entry at first as they told us they dont allow saskatoon residents. I was shocked. We sold our saskatoon home 2 months ago, and moved, but my DL still says saskatoon. They were not going ro let us check in until i made a bit of a stink. Disapointing.

Reasonable location, close to the highway but noise was not an issue. Very comfortable bed with high quality linens and pillows. Well-appointed TV and channel selection. Handy fridge and microwave for snacks. Mini-kettle in the room for tea. Breakfast was just okay - options were not particularly hot nor tasty. Parkade under hotel is really only suited to cars or crossover SUVs.

Customer service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had! My only complaint is that the bathroom did not have a night light and we could'nt just leave the bathroom light on because it timed out. I ran face first into the partially closed door trying to access the bathroom in the middle of the night in our pitch black room (we had to keep the curtains closed because of the way too bright parking lot lights) and ended up with a partial black eye.

Lots of space. Comfy bed and wonderful pillows. I particularly liked the fact that there was no carpet.

The staff were very friendly unfortunately they were unable to provide me with a foam or other alternative to a feather pillow

I hesitate to give this review for fear of not being able to book whenever I need to, but this hotel is perfect for me. Stringently clean, breakfast with hot and cold options, small gym, friendly, accommodating staff, underground parking. Pool and hot tub I never use but good options. Not luxurious but consistently 5 stars in my book.

It was convenient to where we were attending an event . Would recommend it
