グレンビュー コテージズ(Glenview Cottages)

I lived in SSM for 2 1/2 years and I’ve only seen these cute little cottages when driving north from town, now that I moved away I finally had the opportunity to stay at Glenview. These cottages, at least the one myself and my partner stayed in - were extremely clean, and very cozy. It had a full kitchen, queen bed, hot water on demand, as well as a dining room and lounge area with a TV. No cleanliness concerns, everything was great about our stay.

The location is not bad and surround are good. But room condition is not so good. Some equipment is too rusty and some places are not clean. I felt room should be upgraded within short period. The staffs are very kind and useful to introduce the city.

I enjoyed staying at Glencore Cottages. I am starting to not enjoy the expense, the noise and the confinement of hotels and this was an entire cottage. Will stay there again

I love staying here and have stayed a few times now. The cottages are very clean, spacious and the kitchens are stocked with everything you need. I will continue to return and there are many hiking trails in the area

Place has potential. a little better cleanliness and literally some solid ikea furniture could get the place up to charging close to double

Check in was very complete and the desk was very polite. We like the cottages. A very rustic experience.

Ran out of hot water several times, especially in the middle of a shower! Cleaning is done to a bare minimum. I cleaned the side of the fridge. Dishes are "cleaned" by the previous tenants. If you don't clean and put away your dishes they will charge your credit card $35.00. Very unsanitary way of cleaning. Stains on rug in living room. Just not a good feeling. I don't usually give negative reviews but this warranted it unfortunately.

We were very excited about our stay at these adorable little cottages. However, the cleanliness of the units was a little questionable as there was a dark brown smear/stain on our duvet cover. The bathroom had some mildew buildup and the smoke alarm went off when we booked water for dinner due to debris build up on the burner. All the staff we interacted with were very lovely. The property itself was great with some very pretty trains into the trees. With a little updating this place could be amazing.

Nice, but dated little cottage. Appliances have been updated. It served our purpose for a couple day stay. They advertise a pool, sauna, and hot tub. Pool was not heated so not usable for us when we were there. The sauna was locked. I’m sure they would have unlocked if asked. My husband was hobbling on a bad leg and even the extra steps to the office were a bit much. We would have enjoyed these amenities if they were more easily accessible. There were some hiking trails which looked nice.
