AC Hotel Savannah Historic District

We enjoyed our stay.  Awesome location.  Balcony was a bonus.  Just wish hotel had a pool but not a major deal breaker.  We would stay here again while in the area.  Valet service was great!

The service was excellent and I enjoyed everything.

房間很大，床很舒服，服務還可以，免費瓶裝水無限制，酒店環境特別好，就在river street邊上，吃喝玩樂很方便，非常適合打卡拍照，尤其是頂層roof 餐廳，美極了，缺點是停車費貴，大廳無熱水和咖啡，熱水需要去餐廳要。

We stayed for 4 days and never got our room cleaned. Not once. We called multiple times and were told to give a time for cleaning, which we did, and still never came in the room. Garbage was overflowing, no towels, no toilet paper! When going to desk at night and ask for waters we were told these aren’t for guests? A whole pack of water and can’t give to guests? He ended up giving us a couple along with his attitude, I guess because we asked for water. We would not be back to this hotel that’s for sure. The only positive was the restaurant “Lavender” which they staff was wonderful and pleasant to talk to. We would go back for dinner and drinks but will be staying at another hotel for sure. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. We have traveled for years and this was the first time experiencing anything like this!

Great clean property is a safe location overlooking the river. The upstairs restaurant has great staff and views for coffee or dinner and drinks. Great gym facility and comfortable beds . Great dining all around the hotel. Not a far walk to major attractions Highly recommend

I love the location for this hotel. Walking distance to most things. Great top floor restaurants with view of the river below. Good breakfast. Ask for a room away from the road or get one on a higher floor.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Even though there was problem initially with our room, management and all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean, and the gym has clean and modern equipment. The restaurant had well flavored cook to order breakfast. We are definitely coming back soon!

Not sure if it is specific to an ******* booking, but we got the worst rooms of the building in front of all the AC compressors or at pavement level on a busy street. The AC was very noisy.

This hotel was perfect in so many ways. First the location is unbeatable right on the river and Factors Walk. Staff was professional and friendly-always ready to help. We loved the bar/ restaurant and drinks outside overlooking the river and the rooms were spacious and clean when we come back to Savannah we will definitely stay here again!!
