We chose this hotel to enjoy a quick get away. Check in was good and the agent was very accommodating. Unfortunately the next day was when the level of customer service started downhill. We needed a towel refresh the next day and asked a housekeeper on the floor for face towels. She advised that we had to go down to the front desk for assistance. We realized in the evening our shower gel was out and called the front desk for assistance. We were advised that housekeeping was not avaliable so there was no one to assist after 5pm. Bar soap was offered. Upon arrival at home the last day in evening I realized i did not have my mac-up bag and quickly called the hotel as the last place I saw it was on the restroom counter. In speaking with the agent she advised there was no way to check the room or lost and found until the next day due to housekeeping being gone after 5 pm. She took my name and number and said someone from the head of housekeeping would call me the next day. Still waiting on a call. I asked to be transferred to the hotel manager and left a message. Still waiting on a call. I did text back with an agent that advised it was not located the next day. Highly disappointed in the lack of concern and communication by phone for my item. I still have not located my bag. Beautiful property but the only great customer service was in the bar and restaurant. Sad to say our first stay will be our last.
