Very friendly and capable staff. We were consistently greeted with smiles by staff members.
Our room was very clean. Although there was a tear and worn area in the carpet by the kitchen. This needs repaired as it should not have been let go.
The bed was very comfortable.
We found the hotel location very convenient for our morning walks and the on street parking was very safe and convenient. This is a very pretty hotel and I encourage everyone to experience a weekend at this location.

Two issues: Originally told by clerk at desk that ******* put us in a walk up accommodation. We had to explain that we needed an elevator because both of us are handicapped. After a few minutes she moved us to a room elevator access.Secondly, the door to room 222 would not open to exit the room. We struggled with it and finally opened.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was a bit dated particilarly the bathroom. The pool area is nice and the staff is friendly.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to the trolleys and we walked to Forsyth park. First time to Savannah. Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast.

I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the Enmarket Arena. I am pretty pleased with the hotel and its amenities. However, I didn't get checked in for over an hour. That was disappointing
