ホテル ヴィラズ サユリタ(Hotel Villas Sayulita)

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The photos online are deceiving. We got a king suite- it appeared clean, well lit and spacious online. When we arrived, There was no king sized bed... it was two twin beds pushed together with another bed located underneath to roll out for use. There was barely any space to roll it out or move around for the four of us. When we showed up the room was also dirty. There was cat poop and urine all over the room with a cat underneath the bed. It was probably in the room for a while before we showed up. There were no towels, and the bathroom had a dirty sink and floor mat. They offered a different room due to the cat poop situation - it was two twin sized beds total for the four of us. We declined this offer and said we would find another hotel. (When a hotel is dirty upon arrival and you are offered a room that only allows a comfortable stay for two out of the four people staying it doesn't make sense to follow through. Red flags!!!) They would not help us get any sort of refund. We paid FULL for three days and didn't even stay. WAY OVERPRICED (575$) for what it is actually worth. The manager would not help us at all and wouldn't refund anything back to us. DO NOT STAY HERE. We left and walked three minutes down the road and found a wonderful place to stay for 2000 less pesos (hotelito los suenos!!!) they offer breakfast, free towels for the beach, bike rentals, room cleanings... And offer massages yoga classes ect for a great price. We had a great experience there. It was much more spacious, clean and accommodating! Very friendly staff. Once again… don’t settle for this place!

Well first of all the safe did not work The included breakfast was definitely nothing to talk about. There. Was an air conditioner on the adjacent room that was obviously defective due to the constant noise in my room. Could not sleep the whole night. Our room had a palapa roof so street noise was also a constant. The one advantage is the suite had 3 king size bed which is hard to find

Room must of been a storage room with a bed placed in. Room 18. Very dirty hotel would not recommend. Never seen any other room but recommend avoid this One.

Stayed at hotel villas sayulita and it is definitely not like the pictures. My room looks like it was a storage closet turned into a htel room. Walls and windows dirty. Your yoga studio is the breakfast area. Bed two songles put together very uncomfortable. PI was happy to leave. I did not see any other rooms as the hotel was filled. Room 18

This was the worst place ever for $200 a night. It was run down. It was incredibly noisy. You did not get what you ordered for breakfast. Filthy conditions. Bugs. Pool freezing. No lounge chairs by Pool. No microwave or laundry service as advertised. Website photos do not reflect rooms. Rude staff during day. Beds were horrible. No night staff. No water pressure or adequate hot water. Could be beautiful if owners put some care and money in it

We figured it was overpriced for what it offered. Pool was clean but no chairs around to sit, no pool or beach towels offered and when requested we were told to use the room towels only. No chairs in the rooms, only outside the room and not suitable for inside relaxing. Outside noise (other tenants) sounded like they were inside your room. Rooms are large and AC worked along with ceiling fans. Sheets were clean but old. Grounds well kept and green but home to feral cats who liked to use the hallways for bathroom and cleanup doesn’t happen till late next day. This was regular occurrence. Breakfast in garden was good but limited selection and after 5 days it got tired. Excellent service by Yiyo who speaks English. Sum up, over priced, smaller hotel, quiet location close to beach, no area to relax outside pool, no outside towels.

Cleanliness of this establishment does not match how it is in real life. Provides minimal amenities. Not worth your money, there are so many other options available that are superior to this place. Also the hotel manager is unfriendly and greedy.

Great hotel, perfect location. Delicious breakfast and clean pool! Highly recommend. Close enough to walk to the plaza but far enough away to escape the chaos. Will definitely stay again :) on the north side of town and just a quick walk to the beach 🏝️

Excellent hotel! Super clean, short walk from and to downtown, peaceful and their staff is super friendly, specially Yiyo (waiter), although they have a simple breakfast menu, the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place.
