The Resort fee is a little bit unacceptable And what they considered a pool view is not at close to the pool. But the unit was very spacious and very nice.

This property was perfect. We had plenty of room and a washer and dryer. Pools were heated as well for chilly temperature. Plus full walkin closets and full kitchen .

This property was fantastic. The landscaping is impeccable, family fun, safe and hands down the best!

The property was clean and the staff was positive and helpful. There were some minor maintenance issues and the pool was closed, but the staff and maintenance fixed things quickly and pleasantly. There was a pool alternative, which was helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful pool and grounds. Friendly staff. Had plumbing issues twice and wish just once I could get a bottom floor room. Been at the property a few days every month since September 2023 and even though I have requested bottom floor multiple times I am told they are sold out. Other than that it is a nice place to stay when you can get a good price.

We were in Scottsdale for a week to hike and this resort was the perfect base. It was close to the Mountains and the highways and shopping and restaurants. This is our second time staying here and we would not hesitate to come back again. The rooms are well appointed with everything one could need and if anything runs low, someone replaces it within 5 minutes. Excellent staff who take care of their guests. Thank you!!

I liked the size of the accomidations and that just about everything one could need to use was in the unit. We stayed in the 3br 2 ba unit and it was spacious. What i didn't like: pressured to attend a sales presentation, i didn't go, cookware and flatware dirty before use and ceilings thin, could hear children running and jumping all day up to 8 pm. I payed for internet that was basic and streaming was difficult. There were 3 adults and the hot water ran out on third person. It's by a small airport and planes pass over all the time.

This location is okay. The property was not like other Hilton vacation club locations I’ve visited. Two bedroom suite was a good size, and it’s nice to have a kitchen and laundry. Couch was very uncomfortable, bed was okay. We knew one pool was being maintained but having the two pools beside each other far away behind lobby next to the main street was not convenient - and again nothing like previous Hilton Club locations visited before with several pools and amazing amenities. Definitely were not happy to hear from the concierge when we checked in trying to sign us up for a timeshare session telling me how tired I looked - and started to talk about significant others with my (adult) daughter and I before stopping him. We didn’t bother signing up to spend another 90 minutes with him.

The large size of the suite exceeded our expectation. The pools areas were spaceous and had lots of loungers. The location was very central and close to shopping and eating establishments.
