Room was clean. The checkin process was simple. A little old and outdated but it was a quick one night stay

At 8:30am the breakfast bar was nearly empty (no eggs or bacon left) with nobody in sight to restock. I understand that construction was going on, and that’s reasonable. However, the contractors had tracked Sheetrock debris down the hall and stairwell and didn’t clean up after themselves.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet and well kept. Staff was chill, everything I want when I’m staying somewhere for a few days for work

Stayed in this hotel many times, currently they are going through a transition from one hotel chain to another. Complete new staff is still learning the system. A young man (Dont know his name) that worked for the previous chain bent over backwards to make sure we had a very nice stay. The hotel is going through major upgrades and is planning on having the official reopening in Feb 2024. Unfortunately. you can tell that they have cut the budget on the simple things that a stay more comfortable. For example... Single ply Bathroom TP that makes better sand paper, packages of hot chocolate at the coffee station and items at the Break Bar are missing. I understand that they are going through a transition and I am sure it will return to levels better than before.

Very nice people running it ,,,, not really a big complaint but a couple observations !!!! The microwave in my room did not work. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get a remote that worked for the TV. Then the guest in the room next to mine had his music turned up very very loud that I had to go back to the front desk to complain because the phone in my room didn’t work.

we stayed 4 days the property was very clean and quiet ,the beds very comfortable ...From desk was so pleasant an friendy ..thank....Tony thank you very mach everything..

Absolutely would stay here again! Front desk was so pleasant and friendly. The entire building is clean and inviting. Our room was the best and cleanest that we’ve stayed in in a long time.

Good: Great Location and service staff. Bad: Breakfast was not good. No syrup or butter for waffles that were offered. Water pressure was awful in room.

Didn’t like the breakfast. Other than that, great stay!
