Immaculately maintained and upgraded, 1332 Pelican Watch features ceramic tile flooring throughout, a modern granite kitchen and Corian raised-height seamless counters in each of the two full bathrooms. Soaring ceilings and large sliding doors create a spacious living area with water views from every vantage point. Amenities include: motorized deck awning, High Speed Free Wifi, 47” Smart HDTV with motion remote. 24/7 onsite property management services. Take the beach chairs provided and walk down the back steps following the boardwalk to the pristine beach directly in front of your villa or lounge in the shade under the extended electric awning with your favorite read. Incredible views especially At Sunset. Neighboring condos saw Dolphins.We saw deer as well as lots of Birds. Beach was very Private. We could hear The waves at night Sitting on the balcony. Extremely relaxing and peaceful. Condo was very well furnished including Night Lights and small amounts of condiments, Notebook on the table had great attractions restaurants features nearby to see.

I loved this villa. The sunsets every night are magnificent. Loved walking by the ocean. Just walk out your back door hit the boardwalk and you are set for the day. This unit has everything you need and more. I rented a bike and decided where I wanted to go everyday. So many options. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

The host sent a wonderful welcoming/instruction sheet. She was also available by phone and email. She responded to email thoroughly and promptly. There is a binder in the villa with a well organized plethora of info.The villa was well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, cleaners.

Great spot on the island for a weekend getaway! We loved the patio and spacious interior. Super easy process and communication from start to finish. Comfy bed as well. The stairs are a bit steep if mobility is a concern or if you’re trying to bring a ton of stuff.
