Checked in on 22 Feb 8pm, the black lady on the front desk was telling her colleague who served us that my booking name is not the same as my ID and if she is willing to accept that is her risk.. I found that her comment should not make in front of us as we are ultimately the customer who pay for her job.. She should not be in this job if she continue to has this kind of attitude in this industry.
However the other lady (I forgot the name tho) understood that I am using my credit card name to make the booking as my CC name is different from my ID and she helped to call the manager to clarify the matter , we would like to specially thank her for the patient and effect to help resolve customer issues
