ここはホテルではありません、B&Bです。 予約する前にネットで写真を見て、どの部屋も日当たりがよかったので、すぐに予約しました。 結果、地下1階の部屋を与えてもらいました。 騙されたと感じてください！ ！ ！ ！ 外は晴れていても、部屋には日光がまったく当たりません。 とても憂鬱で、返金も交換もできませんでしたが、そこで4泊しました。 4泊しましたが、誰も部屋を掃除しに来ませんでした。 部屋の換気が壊れている バスルームが臭い こんな部屋に1泊1,500元以上も出して本当に詐欺です！ ！ ！ ！

We booked this hotel online because the location and price looked good, and it was advertised as having parking. But when we arrived, we realized it was actually a self-check-in apartment-style building with no parking spaces at all. After calling customer service, we were told that we had to park a few minutes away in a paid parking lot. When we got there, we saw a sign saying that cars must be moved by 7:00 a.m. the next morning, or there would be a fine. That means we have to wake up early just to move the car. The listing was misleading and dishonest — if we had known this in advance, we definitely wouldn’t have chosen this place. On top of that, there were no slippers or toiletries provided, and the room was very small. We’ll just make do for one night, but we don’t want to come back again. Because of this booking, my son and I argued for hours — he even blamed me for not handling things well.

滞在のかなり前（実際は数ヶ月前）に静かな部屋をリクエストしました。ホテルに到着すると、正面玄関のすぐ隣にある地上階の部屋が案内されました。おそらくホテルで最も騒がしい部屋でしょう。自動ドアがガチャンと閉まるので、午前6時以降は眠ることができませんでした。Sonderがもっと静かな部屋を用意するために尽力できなかったとは、到底考えられません。部屋の変更を依頼しようとホテルのスタッフに連絡を取ろうとしたところ、「ご予約が見つかりません」か「問題が発生しました」という返事が返ってきました（このホテルには受付がなかったので、SonderアプリかSonderのウェブページからメッセージを送信しました。どちらの方法も常に失敗し、本当にイライラしました）。ホテルのスタッフに電話をかけても、誰も電話に出ませんでした（5分ほど待ちましたが、ローミング料金を支払っている間はそれで十分でした）。数日後、ようやくスタッフにつながったときには、予約システムに問題が発生していると告げられました。ホテルは私の部屋をより静かな部屋に変更することができませんでした。

電話で担当者と連絡を取るのは非常に困難でした。部屋のテレビが点かず、コンセントの一つが故障していました。携帯電話の充電器を繋いだら電気火花が飛び散り、火花が飛び散ってしまい、誰にも助けを求めることができませんでした。エレベーターは見かけませんでした。立地は良いです。素晴らしい立地で、私が出会ったスタッフは親切でしたが、部屋は狭く、コンセントのトラブルは今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪の経験でした。スタッフと連絡を取るのが難しかったのが残念でした。2025年6月28日に宿泊しました。

すごく清潔で、すごく小さな宿泊施設でしたが、料金（米ドルで145ドル＋税）を考えると、私のニーズはすべて満たしてくれました。入室コードとテレビのアクセス方法は最初は少し分かりにくかったのですが、すぐに理解できました。とても可愛くて静かなエリアです。ダウンタウンの中心部からはすぐですが、上り坂です。スペースニードルなどにも歩いて行けます。

I initially had trouble booking the Boylston despite prices appearing on Google, and it turned out it's now being run as an Airbnb, and other sources simply haven't updated with that. This is the second time this has happened to me trying to book a hotel in Seattle; not a bad thing by any means, just quite curious! Anyway, perhaps because it's no longer a traditional hotel, there was no check-in process, with a code and instructions sent via email beforehand. It was quiet despite being in Cap Hill, which can be noisy and occasionally unsafe, but I never felt that here or on the surrounding block. About a 10-minute walk from the light rail. Rooms are small, as are the showers, so I would not recommend for more than two people at once! Bed was comfortable, and the fan worked well on a warm day for May.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location in Capitol Hill was perfect for exploring the neighborhood, and I appreciated how easy the self-check-in process was. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out most was how welcoming and responsive the staff were. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Overall, it offered great value for the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Boylston Hotel for a night out in Seattle and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect—within walking distance of so many great bars and restaurants. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff was warm, friendly, and responsive. It was the perfect place to come back to after a fun evening in the city. We’d definitely stay here again! ❤️
