We appreciated Joy who worked the front desk. She was kind and accommodating. Always asking my husband if we needed anything ( she would see him outside when he was smoking). Our room was very clean and felt safe after dark. Not a nice area outside the grounds but that’s not your fault.

Neighborhood is a mix, but close to some sketchy spots. The property is secure with security and gated entry. The facility is clean, and quiet other than some traffic noise. Could use some hooks or shelves in the bathrooms. Front desk clerk was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay again.

This small, family-run motel may be in a ***** neighborhood (working girls seem ubiquitous on the *****), but they provide a safe (they lock the gate at night) and comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. Friendly service and large, clean rooms (mine even had a kitchenette), I will definitely be back!

I liked the room size. It was perfect, and I liked all of the amenities, except for the fact that they did not have air-conditioning. But the staff was great about getting me a fan for the room and with the cool nights it was sufficient.

It was a budget room near downtown. Very neat. No phone, etc.. just the basics like mini fridge and microwave.Can't speak for their more expensive rooms It felt like a family operation, and staff is very friendly and personable. Great customer service. They went above and beyond. Honestly, it's not in a great part of town, but they have a security gate, and keep their location clean and very safe and protected. I had to go to Seattle for work on very short notice. And I had to extend at the last minute. They were very accommodating.

Meet by the owner and he’s a great host. He told me a lot of good info about the area. His business is very well run with units that reflect his high standards. We felt very comfortable staying with him.

Hotel was great for the price. Area surrounding the hotel was a little shady but at no time did I feel unsafe.

My only problem is no air conditioning in the room but super nice folks and a clean and quiet stay

I was charged $22 out of my deposit for a missing piece to a coffeemaker. I take detailed video and pictures of every room I stay in as I enter. In these the coffeemaker is shown in detail and it is in the same state that it was when I left. They stated I took the drip tray and after sending the video they said “I appreciate your assurance, but I trust my housekeepers account”. They literally said ya we don’t care we are keeping your money.
