Staff checking me in were friendly and helpful. The tv didn’t work first night when I came in late, nor did the phone charger. I was visiting for a relative in palliative care so getting messages was very important. I asked for those issues to be dealt with when I extended my stay the next morning. When I checked in the afternoon they hadn’t been but the new person at front desk cheerfully came and fixed tv. I used their extension cord to plug in the phone charger. When asked how my stay was on checkout I suggested their electrical needed some upgrades (extension cords for lamps and balls of wire etc) I was met with rude behaviour and excuses. Too bad, not much accommodation in Sechelt….I’ve stayed before and likely have to again but will be checking that everything works. Beds are comfortable and nice to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

My stay was pleasent. The room was good. However there was mold in the bathroom and one of the night lights had leaking batteries.

Had no prob checking in early. Reception person was very friendly and made checking in early seamless.

The view from my room was beautiful. Nice walkways near by, convience stores near by. Friendly cleaning staff. A bit worn down, locked entrance door stop would not stay up. It fell down when doir was open. Unless you bent down and flipped the door stop up, the locked door would remain open. Desk in room should be much larger, too much crammed onto it, very little space to work (computer). The restaurant was closed, this should have been noted when booking and there should have been a discount without this amenity.

Great location for beach and town access. Good for a quick stay. Clean with basic comforts provided. In desperate need of renovation. Updates in plumbing, lighting, art, walls and furniture

The room was freezing when I got in. Took 6 hours to warm up the bed.

The towels and linen were very clean, the light fixtures loose. The fridge sounded like a jet plane taking off. The outside walkway and stairs shabby and dirty. Location was convenient. Extremely overpriced.

Loved this hotel. The building looks a bit old on the outside but nicely renovated on the inside. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean.
