One of the restaurants on site, Tii Gavo was disappointing. The food and drinks were was not edible We returned my martini and jackfruit tamale--masa uncook and rice was hard with no flavor--we could not eat any of it. On the other hand, Che Ah Chi restaurant had a delicious breakfast. We had the CANYON breakfast on two of the mornings we were there. But did not eat anything else.

I loved the entire Resort, Hiking, Food, Customer Service, Cleanliness. The only thing i had a problem with was the Wi-Fi,it would go in and out throughout the 3 nights i stayed. I would highly recommend this resort

Secluded oasis away from the bustle of downtown Sedona and right next to the Boynton Canyon hikes & vertex. Love this property and their staff!

The Enchantment is located in beautiful Sedona surrounded by magnificent, colorful mountains and rock formations. The resort is spread out and boasts lovely views from many of the rooms and the pools and tennis/ pickle ball areas are top notch. The restaurants on property were lovely and the Mii Amo spa building is lovely and relatively new. The casitas need to be updated - they are clean but tired. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful especially Drewskie!

Great experience from start to finish. The hike is unbelievable as well as our dinning experience. Breathtaking view and outstanding service from every staff member we've interacted with. Great Job Enchantment Resort! We can't wait to come back again.

Its very relaxing. And the staff. All stafff are attentive, friendky and proactive.

Enchantment was the most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Ever! Red rock cliffs adorn both sides of the valley this lovely property resides in. Abundance of hikes and bike rides available to explore beautiful Sedona landscape.

This property was a sanctuary. I loved everything about it. The walk right to some of the best views of Sedona and cool trails of Boynton Canyon, to the serenity of the pool, the delicious breakfast at Che and exclusive rights to golf at Seven Canyons which was top notch. The trail house staff were so informative and friendly. My only complaint is not staying longer. However there was a hiccup of check-in when we got to our room there was another guests luggage in our room which took about 15 mins to resolve and I never heard from a manager which was disappointing, but it happens. Apparently she was interviewing for a job and got checked in to our space. The gentleman helping us with our luggage was very professional in handling the matter. But we noticed the ******* charged us one night from booking and enchantment also charged us. we are dealing with bill at enchantment and told us that we have to contact ******* on our own to resolve. Ummm that is your job. I dont manage your vendors ow how you bill. All I know is I was charged by ******* and then by Enchantment. how many people do not notice that.

The location was so quiet and serene, with immediate access to great hiking trails right outside the gate. Beautiful views everywhere.
