They were rude and not very understanding when we were unable to get to hotel due to extreme weather conditions. They still charged us for the room and an extra $50 for resort fees. When alternatively they could have transferred our reservation to the Courtyard by Marriott in Phoenix, where I said we were going to go, due to feeling unsafe to proceed through winter storms, causing snow falls and some road closures , caused by the extreme weather event. The last thing said on the phone was, " You do what you want".
