コートヤード・セドナ(Courtyard Sedona)

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is convenient with dining possibilities close by (but not walkable), lobby and rooms were clean. The hotel staff was friendly, but they almost charged us more than they should for the parking (we had an email stating $18 and they charged $25). After showing the email to 2 different persons they honored the $18. The room was clean and spacious. BUT the bed was as hard as a rock. Never thought a Marriott hotel could have such a bad bed. We barely slept the 2 nights. All in all we will not be returning to this hotel.

Very serene where there are hiking trails directly accessed from the hotel property. Gorgeous view of mountains from my room as i selected mountain view. Stunning grounds, beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and roof top patio. Lots of parking. Doesn’t have a proper restaurant but offers a bistro in morning and evening. I’d stay here again.

They were rude and not very understanding when we were unable to get to hotel due to extreme weather conditions. They still charged us for the room and an extra $50 for resort fees. When alternatively they could have transferred our reservation to the Courtyard by Marriott in Phoenix, where I said we were going to go, due to feeling unsafe to proceed through winter storms, causing snow falls and some road closures , caused by the extreme weather event. The last thing said on the phone was, " You do what you want".

We were very upset that we were charged $24 a night to park. That seems ridiculous and parking on a hotel’s property should be free or included in the price of the room. Sadly the weather was terrible and we needed to check out early because we were concerned about the drive back to the airport. Our flight was leaving early and if the roads were slick and icy we were afraid we might miss the flight. They would not refund our $ for the unused night - which ordinarily I totally understand. But with the threat of really bad weather I feel that an exception should be made.

Beautiful hotel! Amazing views. If you have a car its perfect, however they do charge you to park. Room was clean, staff friendly, pool and hot tub perfect. Loved how they had starbucks downstairs. The only slight issue we had is that at 7:55pm we got a call saying that the people below us were complaining that we were stomping. We have a 2 year old who running. I get it they have to tell us but its not like it was 10pm. Legit 7:55 pm. But honestly amazing hotel overall. Loved it

Great property up To the Marriot standard U can always rely on Marriot.! Check in attendant competent but not outgoing or friendly. Remote robotic lovely facility however

Excellent service, clean, great location, great views and easy parking. Really liked the shower at this location. Very helpful in planning activities.
