コートヤード・セドナ(Courtyard Sedona)

Great hotel but shafty. They charge you 20 dollars a day for parking when it’s ample. There is one very small snippet on their webpage about it that I didn’t see prior to booking and they don’t tell you it on checkin. Otherwise service is great, clean, amazing views.

The property was fine for our 3-day stay. The pool was quiet during the day - we had it to ourselves until around 3pm. Paying $18 for parking every night is ludicrous. We used the laundry facilities which was helpful. 89 Agave was great for Mexican food - we took the shuttle bus from the stop outside the hotel ($1 per person) and took an Uber back.

Well the stay was good. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated and invited.....till we got charged $18 parking per day. There is ample parking on the property and actually out of town with no parking issue, so why would you charge $18 per day? Place in in the total price!! I should have looked at the reviews before booking since several people mention it in their review. So beware! Fine print are not easy to find this information. I called this stealing! learned my lesson and won't be back unfortunately. Be honest and then I would be back!

Didn't like the long walk to elevator 3 to get to our room. Wasn't ask if that was a problem for us. Parking was easy but $18 per day additional fee is ridiculous. Overall value received didn't seem to fit the high room rate.

The additional parking fee per vehicle seems unnecessary being so far outside of the downtown area. The bistro/kitchen crew also seemed to have challenges with communicating different food allergy challenges. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable with food options and a small but nice pool. However, I should have looked closer on a map because this hotel is the furthest you can get from the vortexes and the traffic getting into and from the sights in Sedona got to be from 30 mins to an hour depending on time of day. That’s my bad. I also did not realize that they would charge $18/ day for parking which seemed like a huge stretch for me since this hotel was not near anything at all. There was nothing that said I’d be charged for parking until I got to the hotel. Although very nice, next time I’d stay closer to town.

After our experience at this property, I wouldn’t ever book a Marriott room again, anywhere. Staff didn’t seem friendly, room was awful. We got a different room than what we booked, unless it’s just deceiving. We received a first floor handicapped/accessible room (which wasn’t in our booking/room details) and there was not a pull out double couch, unless it’s the small single chair in the corner that they are considering a pull out double couch. Room was very dark and outdated. Breakfast was expensive for mediocre hotel food. I also don’t like having to pay extra for parking, but I knew about that prior to booking. Seems like a money grab. The only plus side was it’s a quiet areas with pretty views from the lookout dock (though it seems all the hotels around that area have nice views)
