Wonderful hotel.. all of staff is very kindness and very smiling.. beach club are very nice palace... we ver like happy hour system ~ villa Aldo nice and excellent. Only this hotel so far market .. But I must again visit there

Wat een fantastische plek is dit! Wij verbleven in de hillside pool villa en hebben nog niet eerder een uitzicht als deze gezien🤩 De kamer is super groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zit zelfs een keukentje in. De badkamer is ook ruim en heeft 2 douches, 2 wastafels en een bad. Er word dagelijks heel goed schoongemaakt en het bed slaapt heerlijk! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Wat wij ook heel fijn vonden, is dat de roomsevice erbij in zit, je hoeft dus niet je villa uit, als je dat niet wilt. Je kan zelfs een floating breakfast bestellen. Wij hebben hier een fantastische tijd gehad en zullen deze mooie plek ook zeker aanraden!

We were on a cruise and stopped at Lombar Lombok. We decided to go to a hotel resort for the day and by the port a woman was selling a day at Sundancer Suites. For 40£ it included transport there and back, full use of the facilities, lunch which was delicious, we had the stir fried rice, and 2 free drinks each. The staff were so lovely and so was the hotel. Lovely secluded beach. The manager showed us a bedroom at the top of the hotel which was fantastic and would definitely have stayed there if we were looking for a hotel. Really relaxing day away from cruise excursions

the resort is good full of hospitality they have a lot of comfort food, the pool good and safe for kids, we have so much fun with collect the shell on the beach. Next we will be back again with full of family and friend. Thank you

This was a lovely place to stay at a great price. I stayed in one of the hill side villas with a private pool. The view was amazing. This place is not crowded…it was quiet with great staff. Shout out to Erpan, Bryan, Gede, Zull…they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The snorkeling was fantastic… my boat guy was named Dustin and he and Erpan took me around. I am a single female and I felt completely safe. The owner also went out of his way to get me throat medicine when my allergies got to be a little too much. Food was delicious and priced well. All in all, highly highly recommend!

The view from the pool side villa is well worth and was spectacular - it was also big and spacious with a big bath, 2 showers and your own private pool. The staff were amazing, lovely, friendly and helpful people. The feel and comfort is so nice at this place and it is a perfect getaway from city life. Room service was available and the food was just Amazing. Breakfast was included which was a floating breakfast and it was a good surprise. Highly recommend for couples who want a romantic getaway and just chill! The staff are beautiful and friendly and very welcoming and accommodating!

We booked this very last minute and got a ok price since it was the day of which was good. The pool was nice and it was quite in the evening. However, the following morning while we were at breakfast they started setting up a event which was apparently a lunch party for a company. This was setup in the main pool area where guest were using the pool, and it was so loud that you barely hear yourself think. We asked them if we could to the beach and they showed us the way, we turned up and it was abondoned, there were a couple of sunbeds around the place, but no staff and looked like it hadn't been used in a while (the hotel looks like it's changed hands recently). To top it off you could still hear the karoke at the beach. Bearing in mind it was a Saturday in July... I don't think there were many people staying there which is maybe why they were having this event.
