Had an amazing stay cation at the Hyatt Place. Hotel is super clean and modern. Rooms were spacious. Paradigm mall is also just next to it. Only gripe is that for extra room amenities you have to go to the reception. They don't provide room service. Connecting entrance to the mall was also closed off and waiting time for the lifts was extremely long due to one of them being serviced. Overall though would recommend.

New hotel. Everything perfect. The front desk reception is very friendly. She offers us extra water bottles during check in. The breakfast food are nice with super comfortable ambience

Was given an upgrade to high floor with adjourning rooms. Ilsie at Front Desk is very nice. Very spacious room and very clean. The link to the Mall is under upgrade and hence need to enter through the main entrance which is just 20 secs from the lobby. Super pleasant experience.

Best hotel in jb! Located right above paradigm mall. Very convenient to eat and shop. Highly recommended!

This is my third time staying at the hotel. Love the location that is near Angsana and Larkin. Situated beside the Paradigm Mall is a bonus point. Coming back again in 4 May for another weekend stay. Thank you!

Location good

It's a very new hotel, room is clean and spacious located just above paradigm mall. Lift is slow especially during peak hours Exit from parking is a bit narrow, if you drives a big car don't use the exit towards town use the skudai exit as its a little more spacious. Room switch is rather confusing in mine, most switch is master switch, can't even on the reading light.

The hotel is clean and nice! :) will come back and stay again.. :)

Excellent location with Paradigm Mall right at your “doorstep” for casual shopping and meals. Very spacious bedroom with King sized bed, and a comfy couch to while your time away when you’re tired from walking around after shopping and eating. TV in the room is equipped with good movie channel offerings like HBO, and sports channels as well.l bb Be sure to tell your cabbie or grab driver to alight you at the right drop off point. Hyatt Place has a separate drop off location near the Uniqlo store entrance, which is about 100m away from the Paradigm Mall drop off / entrance.

Parking is at Level 6, follow the signage, flat rate of RM 6 per entry, and you need to pass your TNG card for the counter staff to process. Check in late, so the whole process was quite fast. The beds are comfortable and room are generally clean, however we found a small dead cockroach under one of the bed. Lifts are very packed during check out time, so do plan your time if you are rushing.

2nd stay, the room is same as shown in photo, will stay again.

Parking fee is exorbitantly ridiculous for Malaysian cars!

Staff were courteous and friendly. Gym facilities were awesome, hotel room was span and clean. Their buffet breakfast was average. The paradigm mall was just next to this hotel. Overall their service was average expectation.
