Let’s get the bad bit over with first, the bedroom lighting is very dim and depressing which is my reason for deducting one star, and the food is rather repetitive! But hey it’s a buffet service and there’s lots of it, we found all of the staff and I mean everyone, really friendly and helpful, basically bending over backwards to make sure we were enjoying our time there, we did have a little problem with our transfer back to the airport when Umut who works in the reception charged us 3000TL for it as I couldn’t contact the travel representative and when I later realised it was £75-80 and a taxi was £50 and got my money back, tried calling the travel representative Umit once more who answered and within two minutes I got confirmation of our transfers which was £15 each!!! So a very big big thanks to Umit for your help, who also said he was going to report Umat to his senior management for ripping of hotel guests.
