Lovely, relaxing hotel. Super clean and very friendly staff. Large rooms (booked the standard ones). Large swimming pool with plenty of loungers. Breakfast was ok with a good choice.

Stayed here for a week as part of a solo holiday tour of the region Rooms are spacious, but dated. Housekeeping keep them spotless and are very attentive. Breakfast has plenty of choice. However evening meals did not suit me. Main course are basic and mass produced as are deserts. The hotel itself is isolated there is very little around it - a cafe and a small supermarket. Guests when we were there were all large coach parties

Lovely hotel but nothing close buy. You would need transport. In an area of luxury housing. Lovely rooms and lovely pool and gardens

There is nothing here to do here. The rooms are basic & clean. The pool is nice but bring your own towel else you must pay €3. The town centre is a taxi ride away (€50 approx. one-way). The shuttle bus does not operate outside of summer season. Breakfast is basic. The coffee is OK but coldish. There are no coffee/tea facilities in your room. If you want to escape for a weekend & be stranded, you'll be fine. This is not a hotel to base yourself then go exploring.

Went in a group of 30 people, so not the greatest of food choice which we had to choose at breakfast time for the evening unfortunately. Pool area is nice, plenty of chairs and pool looks nice. A bit of an isolated place, certainly need your own transport as nothing nearby or to see. As others have said the coffee, juice were not the greatest and toast was not possible, a rather silly machine that didn’t do anything. My room was on the top floor so had no problems with noise, shower in bath so not ideal for me, no rubber mat to stop you slipping, no hand towel just a thin sheet to dry hands on, which was useless. Bar staff you have to watch what they charge for glasses of wine as they seem to vary!!!!

We come to this part of Puglia often,visiting family,friends and relaxation.Our love affair with Sierra Silvana started many years ago as we didn't have a great experience with a so called 4 stars overpriced hotel in Savelletri run by incompetent and ignorant management and haven't gone anywhere else since.In my opinion this hotel gets everything right from the welcoming staff at reception to the pool attendant,a special mention to Nicola the breakfast supervisor was very polite and attentive,Mimmo the mitic mixologist par excellence who serve the best cocktails in the region,the housekeeping staff we met when going around the hotel were exceptionally polite and courteous,a credit to the general manager Sig. Valentini. Well Done

Beautiful setting on a hilltop above Fasano. There is a main building for check-in and restaurant, as well as a bar, and many sitting areas. The rooms are located in several individual buildings on the property, connected by a walkway. Clean, polite staff, rooms with balconies.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms are large. The shower heads are slightly odd and the water tends to go everywhere. The hotel is in a very quiet location, with very little in the area. We were on a tour so that wasn’t really a problem. I really enjoyed the food, but not everyone in the tour was as happy with it. Pasta is homemade, as are the cakes and pastries at breakfast so what’s not to like. There were also many grumbles about the lack of a kettle in the rooms - which people seemed to find odd. I never expect a kettle anywhere other than in the UK so I didn’t mind at all. Reception staff were happy to arrange tea or coffee when asked, even when the bar was closed. I found the staff to be efficient and helpful, but again, grumbles from others. I think some people like to find fault. The only reason I haven’t given full marks is the location - despite being on a tour, would have been nice to have a bar or a shop close by - and the fact the hotel is very spread out, so quite a walk from the buildings where the rooms are to the dining area. Just small inconveniences.
