アグロツーリズモ ペティタ マーレ(Agroturismo Petita Mare)

We have just spent 7 days at Petita Mare and had a delightful stay. The hotel and the views are stunning, the environment is tranquil and totally relaxing. If you want to escape and you want authenticity, simplicity and peacefulness then this is the place for you. If you arrive and are disappointed by any aspects of service or the environment then you are missing the point of being there. Petita Mare is authentic, its not trying to be something its not, nor is it priced that way. The person who cooks your food, serves you breakfast, brings you coffee, serves you dinner and opens the gate for you are often the same person... we likened our stay to having a beautiful private finca all to ourselves and when we wanted lunch, dinner, coffee, wine etc, then we just had to ask. There are many quirks and ways of working that you my find odd, but that's part of the charm, we would not want to change it in any way. Breakfast is served on the original olive press and is simple and delightful, the pool needs some of the mosaic tiles refitting, but again, you need to delight in the fact its clean, beautifully soothing, super quiet and has the most amazing views up the mountain and down the valley. Some of floors are difficult to walk across because they are the original farmhouse floors, again it's all part of the magic. On the practical side; rent a car or motorbike, you will need it. If you are a cyclist then you have immediate access to some of the best climbs and descents in the world, and there is a local bike rental shop (RossRent) in Selva with a very friendly owner (Victor) and technician to kit you out. If you are a runner or hiker then there are plenty of local trails to explore. As you can probably tell, we will be back, we loved our stay.

No reservéis aquí!!! Una vergüenza!! Hice la reserva con mucha antelación y ahora a 3 semanas de ir, me llega un mail de booking que el alojamiento ha cancelado mi reserva. Que además ya estaba pagada y era sin reembolso.

Reservamos para 10 días y pagamos por adelantado la estancia al completo, nos informaron que el check-in sólo se podía hacer de 13 a 15h y no hay más opción para poder llegar a recoger las llaves. Flexibilidad 0. El mismo día que llegábamos a Mallorca nos mandan un mensaje para decirnos que no podíamos entrar hasta dos días después de nuestra llegada, también sin ofrecernos alternativas u opciones y 30min después nos cancelaron la reserva completa sin avisar. Si no queréis sorpresas, no reservéis este hotel, investigando en otras webs hemos visto que esto es practica habitual.

Acudimos en familia a pasar un domingo con un DayPass , y el sitio nos sorprendió porque el lugar es precioso y su ubicación en medio de montañas es espectacular . Pero el servicio por desgracia fue pésimo , ya que nos tuvieron media hora esperando al sol sin nisiquiera la amabilidad de ofrecer un vaso de agua , sin hamacas donde ponernos y una vez conseguidas , al pedir 8 cervezas al descabellado precio de 4.50 , nisiquiera tuvimos una mesita donde apoyar la bebida . Teníamos los vasos en el suelo del cesped con todos los bichos y suciedad de la tierra . Y a la hora de irnos del lugar , volvió a repetirse la historia , y nos tuvieron 20 minutos esperando para pagar sin nisiquiera un gesto de disculpa por parte de la persona encargada . Solo la amabilidad de la camarera , hizo que el día fuera mejor . Una pena , porque el sitio prometía regalarnos un día espectacular , al igual que su trato vía email en días anteriores . Pero desde luego no recomiendo el sitio , a no ser que cambien esa gestión y organizacion.
