バスタオル臭かったのが残念…立地はモールに近くて抜群に良いです。ポットも冷蔵庫も無いので気をつけてくださいね〜

Lovely hotel,
Pro:
- Friendly and polite staffs
- Fast reaction to our complaint/necessity
- Friendly simple breakfast but tasty
Cons:
- No phone attached in the room to deliver our necessity to front desk directly.
- Kitchen team should pay more attention with cleanliness, as I found "sealed paper" on my fruits
- Super No no: Slow Internet, sometimes the wifi can disconnect the connection by itself. So we need to reconnect/sign in again and again. Really frustrating getting hiccups during calling my family, download 1 one game for my boy is extremely slow.
This hotel management must pay attention with this issue, you should use wifi with better quality, that can accommodate plenty of guests, no hiccups and no difficulty to sign in.
Do not let your valuable The front desk/front line staffs always get and compromise the first fury and frustration from any guests about this issues while the management guys sit relaxed behind the office door.

Not the best nor the cleanest hotel in town, but I always come back booking here again since this hotel has the most reasonable price for the best location. Now they add 2 water dispensers on every floor so we can drink for free.

The room is quite clean and spacious. The location is very strategic, tourism destination places, malls, & office buildings are easily accessed (walking distance).
But i think the breakfast buffet there is not really recommended. Imo the amount of each dish is too little, and i didn't get the fried rice even when i asked the staff to refill it. Also the mango juice. I was there when it was almost 9am, so perhaps no more refills were needed.
The menu served there does not vary either.
Also, they only provide soap and shampoo, so make sure that you bring your own toiletries other than those 2. Or you may buy it there.
Overall it was a good stay except for breakfast. 🥲
