Close to diving shop. Good for diver. Lots of restaurants behind the hotel. 7-11 and cafe are located at ground floor

the hotel’s towels didn’t change, both the body towels, mat towels. We found many stains in the bed sheet…,plus the staffs are not very friendly…but the location is food, close to the dock,the only advantage

The WiFi was super slow. Air conditioner was not as cold. Some receptionists were not supportive neither but several guys was pretty hospitable.
The room was overall not clean. There were lots of dusts on the floor and stains on the bedsheets. Toilet even had urine stains from previous customers :(

good location if you are in semporna for diving or snorkeling. close to all the tour agencies and next to the jetty. the room is quite small. bathroom also very small. some mold in the shower. the floor was dusty- would be nice if they provided slippers. breakfast was very basic - a sandwich or nasi lemak.

Booking this hotel for 3 nights because of review but im disappointed. Unfriendly staff from checkin untill checkout. No greeting and thank you at all. Only 2 pillows provided and cant request additional. No late checkout allowed even though im willing to pay. Maybe im not their targeted guest. Not going to suggest this hotel to my family/friends.
