Excellent stay

Was okay, comfortable beds, clean room. Only exception was the shower. It looked clean except for the long black hair hanging from the body wash- we both have silver /white hair. Breakfast was good/ tasty. Staff was friendly and polite. We would stay again hoping the the cleaning staff are the ones who caught their hair while cleaning!

Hotel was in right location for us visiting Finger Lakes area. Hotel was fine - normal Hampton. Most disappointing was the rise in rates for holiday weekend- this hotel is not worth $200+ rate. A few odds and ends that need repairs but room was clean.

This one of the nicer Hamptons we've stayed at. It's a block off a main road but can still get some road noise. Best to get rooms on the back side. We like rooms with king beds but here they only come with a walk-in shower which we don't like, so we ended up with 2 queens.

The Seneca Falls adventure got a big boost from the Hampton Inn. Ginger at the front desk is a rockstar (seriously, so helpful!). She hooked me up with all the tips on nearby sights and restaurants. The location itself was fantastic - close enough to hang with friends, do trivia night, and just a stone's throw from gorgeous scenery. The room itself was comfy and clean, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. Two thumbs up for a relaxing and convenient stay!

We chose to stay here because the rooms at Del Lago were twice as much. This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The standard Hampton Inn breakfast was good, well organized and there was enough of everything available. Someone was cleaning each table after people left, which was nice. The room was clean but the bed squeaked every time you moved which was annoying but okay for one night. The digital key wouldn’t work and the front desk was not able or willing to resolve it so we just used the regular key card. We would stay again if we needed a room near Del Lago.

We stayed here overnight for a concert at Del Lago since the rooms are too high there for a concert. We had trouble with the heat in our room. It was either too hot or too cold and couldn't get it to be comfortable. Heater was also very noisy. They have a shuttle van that takes you to Del Lago after5 pm. We were told just to come down to the lobby. We did and heard a group of ladies talking how they reserved the shuttle. We just figured they did it because there was 6 of them. We didn't think much of it since there was just me and my husband. Coming back, we got on the shuttle and the driver asked us our room number and said he didn't bring us there! He most certainly did!! My husband even gave him a tip. He almost sounded like we had to get off the van! So if you use the shuttle, make sure you reserve it and give the van driver your room number!! Breakfast was ok. Some hot foods. I'd stay here again if I come to another concert at Del Lago.

Pros easy check in; friendly staff clean and comfortable room safe and accessible location close to restaurants and walmart ample breakfast with varied options Cons can hear every step of people on floor above!

Everyone was so nice and helpful-service was excellent. The bathroom needs updating, tub was cracked and needs grouting in the tub. Needs a dep cleaning, corners, behind the nightstands- stayed 2 nights

This hotel is about 5 minutes from the Waterloo premium outlet. Have a few great restaurant about 5 minutes drive. A Walmart down the road. Really great hotel to stay at. Comfortable bed/clean room. Breakfast was also good.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights while sightseeing and visiting friends. It was a great find, very clean and comfortable, and very friendly service all throughout the hotel. Alyssa at the front desk was particularly helpful and welcoming! I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit in the area. It was very close to all the historical tourist attractions in Seneca Falls too.

We stayed at this hotel 4/21/23-4/23/23 and I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the repair of it. There was mold in the shower, a crack in the ceiling over the shower, the sliding doors on the shower came off the track, a crack in the bathroom sink, visible handprints all over the headboard and the heater made noise all night. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, but we will not be staying at any Hampton Inn’s again.

Very nice hotel, clean and well kept. Staff was great, rooms immaculate and bed very comfortable. Nice pool, fresh coffee in the lobby anytime. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We traveled with friends for an overnight stay to area. Hotel was clean. Staff was pleasant. We needed an extra chair for the room and the hotel clerk was kind enough to let us use one from the dining area. I would avoid the pool though. It was so cloudy, you can not see bottom. Needs some attention.
