Be very careful with this hotel. They are a terrible service organization. I accidently booked a reservation that was four months away and called within 10 hours to cancel. After spending 3 hours on the phone pleading my case, they requested proof of a surgery that prevented the travel from occurring, which I sent. They still denied my request and demanded to keep thousands of dollars. If this is how they treat potential guests, I can only imagine how the hotel is operated.

Gym not managed professionally A lot of children not managed No access control at any level It’s not aligned to a 4 star hotel Restaurant very expensive and with a lot of noisy I do not suggest such hotel if you would have a relax as a vacation. ..

Beautiful hotel with amazing view and location but the food and service is just a 3 star and not a 5 star! You will need a buggy to move inside the hotel, sometimes you have to wait 30m for the buggy and 20m for a answer from the hotel WhatsApp, because there are no phones to call reception, this was in June, low season, imagine in August!!! The breakfast was always the same, this is a resort, people stay for more than one day, so every day you get the same things on the buffet. Despite this the buffet is very limited and with low quality! The worse breakfast that I have at a Hilton property, Not a 5 star hotel, not even a 4 stars! It’s the only Curio that I stay, that you don’t have sparkling wine or mimosa’s at breakfast! One day I asked for a egg Benedict and I just couldn’t believe that they give me a toast with lost of water and vinegar (from the egg), the egg, no sauce and some bacon on the side!!!!! The dinner buffet it’s very expensive for the offer!

If you were planning to visit Sardinia, which we strongly suggest you do, we also recommend you stay at the Baia DI Chia Curio Collection by Hilton My wife and I spent a terrific week at this beautiful resort with a spectacular pool and beach area, as well as beautiful gardens, etc. The staff was exceptional, especially Melissa and Marguerite at the front desk . These two beautiful and very friendly young ladies, could not have been more helpful. Even when I locked us out on our patio and required maintenance, they cheerfully took care of everything. Being a Hilton diamond, I have seen at Hilton hotels around the world, and I must say this is one of the most beautiful and relaxing hotels I’ve ever enjoyed Our suite was spectacular and very comfortable with two patios overlooking the Mediterranean A beautiful place staffed by beautiful and friendly people My wife and I want to thank Melissa and Marguerite for making our stay so enjoyable George and Phyllis June 2023

Wonderful service from everyone, from the team at reception, to the guys on the buggies/shuttle, Jessica at the bar; and especially Marco and Silvia in the ginepro restaurant and emmanuela who cooks the omelettes at breakfast - hers were the best!! Thank you guys.

Stayed at the hotel between 13th Oct to 16th Oct. Luckly the weather was still nice and warm and benefiting quiet at the hotel as it's a low season for Sardinia. The hotel is at the Chia at the south of Sardinia where it is still not highly developed yet, the local area still remain clean and clam, the beach is very beautiful with sandy beach with crystal clean water. The hotel is well maintained and all the rooms spread around the hill, we were fortunate to be upgraded to one of the best room overlooking the sea, highly recommend the sea view room and it worth the extra. I would like to thank to all the staff as they worked very hard to ensure everyone is having a best time at the resort. We really enjoyed the time at the Curio and we definitely will be retuning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you Curio team, you guys deserved a massive credit for your dedicated work.

Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for.

This Hilton property located on the southern coast of Sardinia was fantastic. The units are located up the hill and overlook the Med. Sea. The short walk down to the private and staffed beach was always clean and cared for. The room view is amazing and the room clean and spacious. The staff is excellent (and I am not saying that lightly). Across the street is another Hilton property and one has access to their facilities (i.e., Restaurants'/Spa). I got in 3 sessions of tennis with the resort pro/master on the clay courts (very well cared for) during our 7 days. In Chia, which has a remote feel to it, not crowded with views of the mountains to the north, the 'flamingo' lagoon to the east and the sea to the south. We walked up the hill to our unit, but the resort has staff driven carts to get one up or down and over to the beach or the other Hilton Resort. This resort was worth every penny/euro that we spent!
