Wonderful stay in unique and charming ambiente

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed! I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

The staff is top notch, well trained, friendly and gracious. Wherever you are, they go out of their way to see that you enjoy the experience. No expense has been spared in the hotel or on the glorious grounds. The hotel is filled with finely crafted tiles, frescoes, fabrics, furniture - every room is unique - not to mention the remarkable collection of renowned contemporary art works everywhere you go. It's a lot of fun. The food is delicious, on and off the Michelin menu. And the spa? Omg. We absolutely fell in love with it.

We stayed at the Byblos Art Hotel for 3 nights because of an event and also to see relatives. This luxury hotel is quite unique with a permanent exhibition of contemporary art displayed throughout the hotel and gardens. The room corridors are really cool and loved the guy floating in the ceiling made out of bubble gum! The staff were exceptional and made sure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. We ate one night at the Michelin restaurant which was worth it. A covered garage for our car was a plus and convenient free shuttle to Verona old city was available every hour but make reservation! Breakfast was outstanding. Fantastic staff. Highly recommend Byblos Art Hotel. Looking forward to our next visit!

What more can you ask? Quiet place, excellent food, the staff extremely kind, very clean...only the weather was an obstacle to use the superb pool and have a break in the garden. The shuttle service is accurate and easy. A place to return asap.

This is an exceptional hotel, pricey, but well worth the money when you compare it to some pretty basic UK hotels. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay special, I had cake in my room for my birthday and an upgraded room. Thankyou team. Service, rooms, art, decor, food, pool and grounds are all VERY lovely. The roses were all out when we visited, and the scent was divine. A couple of nights here felt an extra special treat and detour from our road trip round Italy. The free shuttle into Verona is a great bonus. Hope to come back again, it’s such a great location for visiting the beautiful city of Verona.

The Byblos is the coolest, hippest hotel in Italy! As an artist the collection of art and design was incredible and the way it was incorporated into the spaces so ingenious. The rooms were great, the service impeccable. The style of the hotel is very classical which is a clever juxtaposition to hold the modern art. If you want a stuffy European hotel this is not for you.
