This accommodation was a little disappointing. If you are expecting a view. You won't get it from this room. We were in lombock ground level. Decor was very dated and felt very dark. Not clean and bright like the photos. Floors where slate and very wet when we arrived I had to use a rag to dry the whole floor as it was very slippery. No mop in the unit to use. The only power point in the kitchen was up high for the microwave. Which made it very hard to use the kettle, cord was very stretched to reach. Only other place was on the floor near the TV. The bedroom area was very tight not enough room for suitcases we had to have them on the floor in the tv area. However the bed was very comfortable and the unit was in a very central location walking distance to pub and marina.

The "ocean view" room is on the ground floor and has no view. The parking situation is not great either, as you may end up blocking other guests' cars or be blocked in yourself so I ended up parking on the street. Additionally, the luxury room has a musty smell. To avoid a $75 cleaning fee, make sure to ***** your bed and dispose of your rubbish in the bin behind the property. It's also important to clean the floors. There are two sockets next to the TV, none in the kitchen, and milk in the fridge from last year.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay especially the views. Quiet and relaxing to many holidays we have been on but I would go back again. Apartment was clean and tidy. Beach area was great place to swim.

The rooms and lounge needs to be properly cleaned, there is a lot of dust on the walls, aircon not working on main bedroom. Our stay was not enjoyable. My son has allergy to dust and feels bad now. Plates holder smells like cockroches dirt in plate cabinets

This was the most spectacular place that I have ever stayed at. The feeling was amazing the minute we opened up the door...then as we walked in further to have full ocean views was just out of this world. Walking through my jaw just kept dropping....the bed..we fell asleep for 2 hours the second we layed in it. Then we strolled down to Katrinas Bar for Pizza and wine. I would love to make this our special yearly thing to do as a couple. And the beautiful Kirsty who kindly booked us in was like talking with your best friend.

While the bed was comfortable and the shower really good, we were taken aback at the instructions that upon our departure we were to ***** the sheets off the bed and empty the rubbish bin into the big bins at the back of the property!!! There was no tea or coffee provided only what looked like what other guests had left behind (although there was long life milk in the in the fridge) There was also several forms of communication that if the kitchen wasn’t left in a tidy state there would be a $25 cleaning fee and a $75 cleaning fee if there was sand on the floor Absolutely no late check out and the ocean view must have been before the trees and shrubs grew taller!!! No one in reception and when I rang the number as advised to ask re parking I received no response to my voice mail. Another guest advised us of where to park our car 3 external doors to the small suite including one right next to the bed Not sure the title of the booking is earned or warranted other than a reason to put a big price tag on the room per night

Lovely location and very convenient contactless check in. Being a last minute check in we got the Grajagan room for $200 discounted from $300. The place was comfortable but not 4 star. Gardens were nice and the decorations were quirky and opulent. However, things require an upgrade.

We stayed in the penthouse which was beautiful with lovely ocean views. I loved the unique style of the property.

It was a spur of the moment stay with the misses ended up staying two nights. Rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, comfy and within walking distance to the beach and foreshore and the pub around the corner has always been our favourite to eat at and sit and have a beer. Highly recommend
